it's sad to see that F2P games don't pull nearly as much anymore, i keep watching this kind of videos every year to see if maybe there's some hidden gem but the games are either always the same or just don't have enough players
I partially made this video to help bring awareness to some of the games. Most them just don't have crossplay, console release or marketing. I really liked shatterline and Ironsight. But not being able to play with my friends makes it tough and I presume many feel the same

As someone who's played Shatterline all the way back in 2022 starting with Season Alpha, I will say that It's definitely a worth it game to try. It's definitely gotten lots of changes and additions as the seasons went by, but I still had quite a lot of fun playing it. Especially its Expedition PvE mode. While it may provide a bit of a challenge at first, it's definitely something you can get used to after a bit of practice. I will agree it definitely has a huge replayability factor too, not just from the upgrades you can apply to your character, but as someone who's played Expedition extensively on Shatterline, every game felt different from one another because you never know what main objective you get, and the random modifiers the game throws at you.

there is 1 game thats worth mentioning Splitgate its a Free to play FPS that plays simular to Halo but it has Portal Mechanics the maps are well designed a large playlist and the game was successful that the devs are working on a Sequal
@@CaffreyPlays it was successful enough to get 100 million dollars in funding. The reason they're making a sequel is because it made more sense to use the funding to create a new game than to update a game on an outdated version of Unreal.

You should've mentioned 'Mini Royale'. Its on Steam and the game hasn't been fully released at the time I'm commenting. Currently, they are having playtest but trust me, that game is worth trying.
Been playing ironsight for a while trust me guys it's the most underrated game ever once u go competitive it's crazy how fun it gets even the physics are special

I would like to mention a game i got into lately it's called battle teams 2, it's actually quite fun and offers alot of modes, it went global recently but it lacks advertisement 😅
Played Ironsight a lot. Its fun, but riddled with cheaters and the it lacks new content badly. I stopped playing actively after 2 years when Aeria Games shut down the game and Wiple Games took over. All my progress i grinded was lost and had to start all over again. Which i didnt do offcourse. But came back once in a while and 5 years later the games has still all the same maps and only one new "Rust"
One great free FPS is The Finals, the spiritual successor to Hyper Scape (rest in peace). I'd always said that I'll move from Ironsight after The Finals was out, and so I did. Great game!

I have played a few of these mostly on console because I mostly play console but they’re a lot of fun my friends th8nk otherwise but I enjoy it by a longshot

Ironsight I'm not sure. I keep getting mixed answers online. Xdefiant will be on console, Shatterline has a console release coming and roblox games are on console with controller support.
X defiant messed up so bad delaying the launch whilst there's a gap between mw2 and mw3 as it could of defo gained a better playbase before mw3 realeases
They just want to make sure the game is actually playable after launch. They don't want to half-ass the game and have a whole bunch of bugs and stuff when it releases. I was upset when they delayed it, but I thought about the bigger picture and if the delay means that we're getting a great game on launch, then I am all for it.
Sweaty isn't the issue. It's the match making with no variety that's the issue. And having a proper ranked mode gives sweat players a place to grind instead of being in pubs
Frontlines development is canceled I think. The creator wasted all the money that was supposed to be used to pay the team and work on the game has been spent on some other something.
@@CaffreyPlays Most likely. So much content that was announced got cancelled it seems. The unfinished guns look so high quality and have better animation than some AAA games.

@@CaffreyPlays i just mean like the strafeing its pretty slow so if someone has a better gun at least when i played it thats just who would win and ya thats like every game apex is the only game out rn and halo they have the perfect strafe speed i just gives u way morr room to use more weapons even if they arent good

I wish wz was good, it was. But the recent wz3, just look at the kill cams, aim assist is just OP. Stopped playing it, sadly. Did not find any cheaters yet but aim assist is a big problem
Uh, nope! I can't say much for the others, but Ironsight is not worth it, especially if you're in south america, the lag is massive and the hitboxes are imprecise as fuck. I speak by my own experiences.
