Because men still don’t take women seriously lol that will never change no matter the year or decade. It is what it is. A woman can still stand up for herself and some will hear but some won’t even listen. Sometimes it’s good to have a male companion that can shut other men up in situations like these. And in Asia especially women tend to be a little more afraid of men. It’s just the culture.

Yeah, I knew some guys from my younger years that like this guy but they were not this extreme, however, they are very straightforward about what they want or expect and very chauvinistic. Take it or leave it is their mantra. Glad I have some sense and didn’t fall for it. Some girls who dated these guys didn’t because they fell for the pretty boy looks despite the obvious red signs.
