does anybody else get genuinely emotional and tearfull over the fact that these people mean the world to you, yet they dont know you exist:( like wow zoe trys her best and im so supportive of her and i know she cant meet everyone and the pressure is huge for her...but i often find myself crying and crying because im so proud of her. i just find it so so so hard that i feel like ive known her for so long and know her so well and she has impacted my life SO much yet shes never met me and probably never will:( im so freaking proud of zoe like im sure some of you understand i just hope she can live a full happy life and maybe one day i will get to meet my most favorite person in the world.

Just like you I suffer from anxiety, I remember watching your Just Say Yes and I have said yes to quite a few things that have scared me. There's just this one thing that is really scaring me and that's flying. I live in Northern Ireland and I've got a tripped booked for Liverpool, I know it's only an hour on the plane but I am so scared to get on the plane, this will be my first time flying as well which is making me even more worried! It would mean so much to me if you could give me some advice about flying for the first time.
