My personal favourite would be the main riff from Shadows Follow, but damn, now that I listen to it, this album has some most versatile riffwork in the whole catalogue
So many great riffs on this! I would say it's between Screaming Suicide and Lux Æterna for me! You do such a great job on these riff lists! You are amazing! 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
@Joseph Gilbert It really is that simple, idk how you would do on a computer but on a phone or other mobile device all you have to do is hold down in the letter A like I said and it will give you a bunch of different options and it will be there.
That sounded so good. Loved it. That guitar looks and sounds like it found a home in your capable hands. May it find a warm home in your heart as well. Peace.
Out of those 17 riffs I liked the two where she is in wrong key, the other four where she screwed the timing and the three where she hit completely wrong notes
Nice try man. Or bad one indeed haha. You don’t know anything about guitars 😉 No wrong key, no wrong timing and also all notes were correct. Go trolling somewhere else, user name is waaay too obvious. Time to get more professional so that people fall for that nonsense. Is everything okay with you or why do you try such things?
That harmony in Room of Mirrors is excellent! I would've also accepted the Bridge riff in Shadows Follow, the main riff in Screaming Suicide, the chorus in Sleepwalk... and the harmonies in Inamorata.
Ever thought of covering this one? "Frayed Ends of Sanity" by Metallica, from ...And Justice For All ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eF5OHUXamFQ.html
This album is probably the best one they released since the Black Album back in 91. I couldn't stand the Load & Reload + St. Anger era and the previous two albums were mid.
Hi Jassy, I’m writing to inform you that your choices for the viewers to watch is epic and you are the best person to play each song made. Hope to hear from you soon and rock on to the next level 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
All the riffs are pretty good. The only one I don't really like is that intro to "Screaming Suicide ". That one sounds too much like a happy seventies' hardrock riff. Too happy for Metallica. But luckily it's not too long 😉
@@xrt7874 Another parrot. A few youtubers started the internet trend that Kirk's solos suck on the album, and now the sheep just keep repeating it. Same thing happened to Lars Ulrich, years ago. "LARS SUCKS, CAN'T PLAY THE DRUMS." And now thousands of imbeciles say the same shit lol.
@@Craigadamscovers Good for you, congratulations. I won't buy their latest album in protest because I don't like the solos, but maybe I'll buy their other first 4 albums again. Is that a great deal?
What on earth? The guitars you hear here are all mine and nothing got overlayed as there aren’t original guitars left. I „look“ like a sloppy player? Because I am a girl and I have fun playing? What is wrong with you? 😂😂😂
I think those would be ok'ish if they came from a different band. But it's Metallica, they have created some of the most iconic riffs in metal history in the past. It's fair to be a bit disappointed.
I really enjoyed this list and I can only imagine how many hours it took you to learn, record, mix and master! After three listens to the album I now have a very long of favourite riffs. #.justonefavouriteriffisneverenoughforme, but as you played two of them (Room Of Mirrors' harmony and Lux æterna's main riff), I shall mention the other riff: the forward and reverse gallop in the outro of If Darkness Had A Son. I'm also in a minority when it comes to loving this song and having the outro as a favourite riff 😂 Which is your favourite riff?! P.S: The colour scheme, effects and lighting were fantastic!
This video was suggested by my channel‘s community. Also I already covered 70+ different artists in this channel, it’s easy to browse my videos and to find all types of different guitar content 👌
+1 like also lastly on this topic i did let ARch Enemy know about you as to be on the same page for conformation purposes but other then that gonna take a long break for a bit keep being rocking awesome :)
"72 Seasons" sounds pretty damn cool, literally taking you back to the old days. Riffs in abundance. All compositions are absolutely dynamic. 2:33 Shadows follow - and here it immediately becomes more interesting, the rocking main riff vaguely resembles "Holier than thou", proving once again that this "Broom scale" 0 3 5 6 12 will never outlive itself 🤘🏻 Amazing playing, your transitions are expert level. Sound, truly pure magic. You've done a tremendous job, not only to learn and master the riffs but to mix and edit it altogether. These are the best guitar videos that exist on this platform. Thank you so much and have a good week 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
I like the “Too Far Gone” (Bridge harmony) riff the best. It has that combination of hard rock/heavy blues with an epic sounding classic metal resolve that is so vintage Metallica.
What a great piece of jASSy. As for the riffs, they are fine, but it's just more of the same, that Metallica did in the 80's and 90's. Maybe it's intentional, but still. If I put nostalgia aside, it's actually terrifying how little Metallica evolved, in the 2000's. Specially James Hetfield. Always the same notes, the same few scales, the same basic padrons, rythms, etc. I guess it's a safe approach, but yeah, Metallica relies mostly on their name to promote albums. They are the biggest metal band in History, beyond Black Sabbath even. They can do everything they like. Or NOT do. But it's not a BAD album by any means. It's just... just.
