Tips - comb or brush hair the right way (don't use plastic brush, use wooden comb or soft bristle hair brush) - comb or brush from down to roots. Meaning, brush the ends first. Then, gradually, brush upwards - never brush or comb wet hair because when hair is wet the hair root is very weak - after shower, apply hair serum on damp hair. You can also apply hair serum when it's dry. It makes hair look soft and shiny. Use small amount. - tie up your hair at night before sleep. You can braid your hair at night. During day, don't wear too tight hairstyles. Wear ponytail, buns, etc. - apply hair oil 1 hour before shower. Heat up the oil for best results. While applying hair oil massage your scalp. - use sulphate free shampoo. Remember, shampoo doesn't promote hair growth. It cleans your scalp, hair and gives shine. - don't shampoo your hair everyday. If you do, then only use mild shampoo. Depending on your hair use it every 2-3 days - only use shampoo on scalp, hair roots. Because, when you wash hair it will com down anyways - don't apply shampoo directly on head. First, dilute the shampoo with water. Then apply it. - use conditioner on hair ends. It's a misconception that conditioner can't be used on scalp. You can but it's generally not recommended - your use heat protectior (hair spray, hair serum) before you use hair straightener, curler, etc. - if you have split ends then trim hair ends. Best is every 3-6 months - for lice, regularly clean your hair brush, hair comb. Don't share personal products with someone who might have lice - for dandruff, use lemon juice with shampoo. Hijabi girls can do it too. - apply hair mask on hair. - regularly, change hair parting. It can prevent hair scalp showing. (Middle part girls should do side partings and vice versa) - if you have thin hair or bald spots or you want to make your hair look thicker !!!! Then, use kajal or eyeshadow with similar colour of your hair on scalp. Celebrities do that a lot. kpop idols too. - take hair supplement (biotin) for hair.

hi,I massage my hairs with onion oil( 20 ml) BEFORE hair wash. Is it important to condition my hair after hair wash, i just apply 4 to 5 drops of coconut oil after hair wash to my scalp to moisten it again. MALE- age 26
