In my next wash day I'm trying this....my hair Is 3years in the natural journey, beaks a lot, stagnant after following so many DIY channels😢....I have not given up....something eventually will work .... I will do this mask twice a month. ZOE....SOUTH AFRICA.
Hey hunnie, sorry to hear but keep the positive spirit. Something will surely work. Give this a try but will suggest you do it once a month to avoid protein overload/ dry brittle hair which can lead to breakage 😊❤️
I am new to your channel and I love this video. Which hair mask do you suggest to be used routinely for a toddler with low prosity 4C hair for I've heard too much protein can be damaging? I am new to learning about how to take care of this type of hair and you have made things so clear. Also should you pre-poo with each wash day?
Hey Erika! I'll suggest you go for the avocado +banana hair mask I shared 4 weeks ago for a 4c hair routinely. And once every 3 months you can switch to this rice+ banana mask. And yes, please pre-poo on every wash day before washing your hair. Your daughter's hair will thrive so much with these. Much love 😊❤️
@@kihbsnatural Wash day just happened to be the same day as when I was watching this last week, and I was all out of conditioner so I figured I would give this a try. When putting it on, it didn't give the instant softness, so I was afraid it wasn't working, and was even setting out to pick up some conditioner from the store. Somehow I got lazy and just didn't go and ended up leaving the mix in my hair for an hour and half. When i finally washed it out, MY HAIR WAS SO SOFT!! Like real soft. I was so shocked, because I just knew it wasn't going to work. I have already added it into my routine now. This is great and very cheap. I'm nigerian so cooked rice and bananas are everywhere.

I do not have black castor oil, but I am in the process of making the hair mask with the bananas and rice. Also the Banana peels. Will the hair mass work without the black castor oil? Or do you recommend using olive oil in the mixture of the hair mask?
