This music helped me on my daily plank pushup 30minute nonstop, it gives you an adrenaline rush. And also helps me give confidence while warming up on my rugby briefing.
@@lils8005 Its enough for visible change but planking for an extended amount of time, 10, 20, even 30 minutes is a much more effective way to train core and endurance than 30 seconds
@@lils8005 Not pointless at all .. Done correctly the benefits of doing longer period planks are much greater than 30 second one's .. If you are working for great core strength than longer periods will only benefit you Its simply progressive load , same as for weights ..
