I own an old model obage mt600, i can tell that obage has superb sound quality. But in 2022 you are giving a product without Hdmi(Arc), this is completely nonsense. What kind of home theater it is without HDMI Arc? If obage has to stay in competition then they have to add more connectivity options . They are still using this ages old control panel with red digits which we first saw in the very first models of Obage speaker systems. Update yourself, customers want modern features and good looks in the sound systems.
Obage's products are mostly stereo whereas hdmi arc is needed for surround sound. If you are looking for sound clarity, optical input is sufficient. Apart from remote control via hdmi cec, it is not much of a deal breaker.
Obage has some quality issues. I have a DT Avantis which stopped working after 2 months. It took a month to get it repaired but again stopped working after a week. It took another month in repairing , worked for around 10 months and it has stopped working again. IC issues and woofer problem is prevalent. The speakers are good in the price range but I won't recommend anyone to buy as they keep on malfunctioning.
Vineet ji bought a DT-51 Obage after your truview -fantastic output but lots of hysteris noise after about 1hr of usage when the transformer heats up-the transformer has also been changed once-Obage really needs to work on their product longevity

Lately , your videos about home theatres are feeling more like an advertisement rather than a review, please also talk about the after sale service and overall longevity of the product . A lot of people said that obage does not have good service outside of delhi and that their product fail often after a period of use !

Please review edifier s350db and compare that to 5.1 home theatre systems provided in that budget range. Probably edifier sounds better than those speakers!
Superb analysis. Obage has evolved and gained enough experience to launch affordable Dolby and DTS system. I own two speakers of Obage and I am impressed with both.
I purchased dt31 in May 2023. But the bass speaker got damaged one year later and the warranty was only for 6 months so it was out of warranty. I contacted the customer care and they are sending a new bass speaker free of cost even after a year. I have to get it repaired from the market but they are kind to send me the speaker. Its a nice experience and nice sound quality.

I have been using Obage DT 31 for over an year now.. needless to say it's a Killer! Like Sir said, if you don't listen too much loud music and watch movies , this is a perfect combination for both.
@@AnupamDubey05 it's really good, with perfect bass. Not too much neither too low. Specially for watching movies, as the voice ll be very clear, unlike other speakers where the bass actually distorts the voice.

Purchased dt-31 after watching your review and hearing the downloaded music samples.. Received on Sunday.. Returning on Wednesday.. Very bad sound clarity.. The equaliser settings...WORST.. I was searching for treble in these two days... The system I got has L sound signature.. Low and mids on side, highs at bottom.. I own obage HT-101 with Good clarity. 8/10.. But for dt-31 I got 2/10.. I was lucky that I could return IT..

Sir Obage products are not good! I agree that sound maybe great but their are build and quality control issues with Obage. Bought Ht144 after watching your videos, only to find out most customers are facing same issues like me within 6months of usage. Not trying to blame you but this is not a brand worth promoting . My hard earned 8k wasted :(
My obage 144 has given me no problem at all since more than 1 year now. It's running perfectly. My friend's ht 101 is working fine for more than 3 years now. One of my relative bought obage 144 on my recommendation about 7 months ago. He is also happy. You should contact obage company. But we both can agree that sound quality is out of the world.

@@jayeshrathod84 Its good to go ahead with tv for watching movies. Make sure to place the speakers properly. If you can put all the speakers in 4 corners it will create an amazing sound. The area shouldnot exceed 250 sq foot
I'm not entirely sure if your reviews are actually true or paid. I ended up buying the HT 303 because of your earlier reviews and the subwoofer unit stopped working after a month. And found out other reviews about the same happening with other users i.e the subwoofer or speaker unit stopped working after a month or two. Actual build quality or longevity is something you either don't consider in your reviews or it's paid. I can't tell.
Everytime I look up obage products, I see issues with ICs and other problems within a few months of purchase being reported a lot. How reliable are these products? I don't want to keep going back and forth in the loop of repairs or re-purchases every few months. Also, why is the warranty just 6 months if they are really offering a quality product. I have come across brands with 5+ years warranty period. What do you guys think?

Sir am using Obage products, bought DT series and St 777... all after watching your videos. Music quality as you expalined is very good, no to be said about that. But am facing issues on both of them. Technical issues i connected with the customer care, still when am paying money i want a system for long term not for 11 to 12 months. I request please include " sustainability "
guys obage pe bharosa mat karna leke fir pachhtao ge, dt2605 liye mere ko 1 saal hua or band pad gaya, service or repair ke liye aapko wapas courier karna padega obage ko jo ki aapko pay karna padta hai. Much better sony brand. Go for Sony home theatre.
Is there a way to set the default input? I'm using this with Optical Cable and every time I turn speakers on and off it goes into default 'Line ' mode. I want it to be in Opt mode forever.

I bought Obage DT-31, first purchase on your recommendation using your link and I'm really disappointed. They sent me a bad piece. I had to pay rs 800 additional to send the speakers to them. And they sent back the speakers without correcting the problems (The right speaker goes in an out randomly). I'll be skeptical of your recommendations in the future.

Purchase obage HT-244 on May-2023. After using 12 months my review is that the Build quality of Obage speaker is very poor. Don't buy any Obage product. After using 11 months the sound of all satellite speakers are creating and the Sub woofer is not working. Service centre not replying to my complaint. Go for a branded products of a reputed company and not this type of unknown startup company.

Product is good,Sound quality is impressive but it is not a long lasting product. After 1.5 years of use this, some irritating sound comes from it and after contact with customer care (There is only one person) they said it has IC problem.
