LG is the worst AC brand. Do not make the mistake of purchasing an LG AC. If you buy it, you will regret it. Panasonic, Hitachi, General and Mitsubishi are the best AC brands in India.

I bought the LG hot&cold dual interver AC on your recommendation (2TONNS). While cooling is good, heating is below avg. it’s actually very bad. Bare minimum warm air is blown from AC. Showed it today to Lg, they said this is how this AC works and they too acknowledged that there is hardly any heating. Is the unit defective or this AC is just not good for winters? I love in Kashmir. My cousins Voltas AC which costs way lesser has 80% better heating.
The AC must be having some technical issues because of which this is happening with you. Get it checked by an after market AC expert, then approach LG again.
@@VMone i got it checked by an outside guy..He said this is how LG ACs heat,which didn’t make sense. Called up LG customer care, they scheduled a visit for friday. Will update what happens next.
Got it checked by LG technician day before.He agreed that there isn’t enough hot air blowing,its just mild , minimum it can be.. Did the diagnostic and it was ok. He couldn’t figure out then said thats how these dual inverter ACs are. I wasn’t satisfied . Highly disappointed in this AC . I wont recommend
My room size is 300 sq feet with no direct sunlight as there's 2 floor above me, my budget is 55 k for ac ,im thinking of panasonic CS/CU-NU24YKY4W 2ton 4star ac. Which one as per you would be best? Usage 6-7hrs for 6months. Should i go for hot & cold panasonic 2ton 3 star ac? Price is almost same.

Don’t buy Onida AC : First Improve your post Purchase service. Your AMC vendors like Reliance digital are saying Onida will give Post service and your customer care is saying Reliance will give Post service. The customer is suffering. I will never recommend having Onida AC. Post service is a scam. I am doubtful of Onida's management capability.
Hi, I want to buy the LG 1.5 ton 3 star hot and cold AC 2023 model in Kolkata. I have gone to a number of shops and stores to enquire about the product but everywhere I was told that this AC is not required/won't work in this weather. Kolkata has a humid weather with moderate winter temperatures, the lowest could go upto 9-10 degrees centigrade. Please suggest if I should really go for a hot and cold AC or, if I should look for any other brands. Any other recommendations/opinions will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I am going for non inverter model, carrier. Because I am a doctor by profession. I will install it in my opd. Where there is in and out of pt. It's directly on main road, and direct sun light falling over room. And we are staying in costal area.
