This has got to be one of the Best Hotels in Blackpool | Briardene Hotel TripAdvisor Travellers Choice for 2022. It's at the very north of Blackpool, almost in Cleveleys. The Briardene is a 16 bedroom, family run, 3 star hotel with a Taste Lancashire highest quality assured restaurant. Come and take a look around inside...

Absolutely perfect! What a wonderful place to stay and easy transport access. Could I ask a question Jane? Are there any ground floor rooms or maybe is there a lift? I would not bother with the television personally but I am very pleased to see that each room had a desk for study or writing and a comfortable chair to do that. It would be easy to commute to [say] Lancaster, Poulton or elsewhere, even to the lakes using this as a base. No wonder it has 3 stars but I would give it the full 5 from what I have seen! Thank you for the tour!

This looks a lovely hotel, with very nicely decorated rooms, lovely outdoor seating area, only one priblem, noisy with the traffic, being on a busy road, thanks for showing this.

Actually, for all it is noisy when you're outside, I wasn't aware of it at all in the building.

I have passed it often and always 🤔 wondered what it was like inside. Good place to stay if you want to stay in the heart of Cleveleys.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else except The Adelaide House great all rounder especially the staff and food you should check it out Jayne for yourself 😄

That's an odd one. Cala Gran don't participate in the local business community so I don't know anyone there at all. I wouldn't feel comfortable about just walking onto private land and making a video without permission.

There's a tram stop very nearby and it's about 3 miles from north station

Lots of hotels on the front are the same. They don’t look anything different from the front and are amazing inside.

Enjoy your videos but for hotels can you include parking and tariffs.Noticed a board giving info in reception...

Noted - good suggestion. The parking sort of included itself, it's all around the building. Tariffs do change so it's always best to look online.

🤣 I clean in hospitality 3 days a week you would be amazed at what we find 🤣 but to clean a room !!! then look when you have finished is very rewarding but that hotel is awesome spotlessly clean and that’s what brings the people in where I work at the min we are full every weekend till the next one 😊
