I'm sorta new to this game. I'm trying to get better units, but everyone keeps telling me to get 7 stars, but they all require raid completions. I just don't know how to "get better"? Do you know what 5 or 6 star units I should try to get to help? All these banner units do less than 500 damage at a time.

You've probably already heard this but i would go for idol and jeff ceo. For dmg what worked for me was evolving 5 star itachi and evolving 5 star rengoku
