Ingredients For marinate

2Kg beef with bones
Ginger and ginger paste 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chilli paste 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Garam masala 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fried onions 1.5 cups
Yoghurt 250gm
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Onions fried oil 1/2 cup
Cloves 8 pcs
Cinnamon sticks 3 pcs
Cardamom 6 pcs
Mixed very well
Marinated for 1 hour
For Rice Cooking

Cinnamon sticks 3 pcs
Black cardamom 2 pcs
Cardamom 10 pcs
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Star anies 2 pcs
Cloves 15 pcs
Salt 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30 mins)
For Dum Layer
--------------------------
Chopped mint leaves
Chopped coriander leaves
Fried onions
Pinch saffron with rose water 2 tbsp (Soaked before 30 minutes)
Ghee 4 tbsp
Aluminium foil
First cook for 10 mins on high heat
after cook for 1 and half hours on low heat
After 1and half hours mixed before serving
