One of the most famous, scenic and popular of the Balearic Islands is Ibiza.
Ibiza is a ruggedly beautiful island in the Mediterranean, about 100 miles off the coast of Spain. It's best known as the epicenter of party and electronic dance music, and most tourists come to dance and enjoy themselves in the warm sunshine.
Ibiza's main city is known as Ibiza Town, and it's on the south part of the island. Other major areas include Portinatx in the north, San Antonio in the west, and Santa Eulalia in the east. Even the farthest beach takes no longer than an hour to access from any other part of the island.
The island is home to some of the best beaches in the world, including Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, and Cala d'Hort. With clean blue water and white sand. The island is packed with cages and coves, both above and under water. If you like scuba diving, you will find paradise at lbiza.
