Unisys focused on implementing a groundbreaking approach in the last 12 months on how to drive technological advancements to boost customer experience and associate engagment. Within the project Unisys replaced the legacy Contact Center platform with a modern tool that enables a cohesive customer experience across various communication channels, expanded the merged reality remote support, added a ChatGPT based assist tool and rolled out a Journey Analytics tool that enables efficiencies through analyzing the end-to-end user journey. The project resulted in 30% higher associate engagement, 20% improved retention while realized significant savings in operational costs as well.
