Timsun 15/70/70R. Best offroad tyre which performs as beautiful in highways to munch miles and take hard beatings in the toughest terrain. Looks solid, rugged and best suited for all the conditions.
But when compared to other offrad tyres, this one offers great grip. And not hard enough when conpared to ralco and ceat. I ll definitely share my experience after 10k kms on it.
Haa..haa..thank you so much! But i want it to be Practical amd sporty as well as i travel. Riding in coorg occasionally need to have full mudguard in place . Any way please Subscribe to my channel and thanks for the suggestion.
@@outofcuriosity6031 Hi bro i am also using same rear tyre as you said tyre dimensions and very less space between fender and tyre when ever i travel in path holes i am hearing weird sound. Please let me know have you done any changes for the space between fender and tyre.
For front, i feel the mud guard comes in way if you try the timsun combination. So still researching on the same. I shall definitely upload a video when i choose one.
Good video ,tyre looks promising. I suggest u get extension clamp for 1-1.5 inch size and add that to raise ur rear fender. If u observe closely in bulu bhai video abt the bikes that went for Odyssey- Siberian, those have them 😃I hope u sort it sooner.happy riding
Yeah..i have the clamps .. But it takes some time to make proper hole . i ll get it done soon. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT!! Please subscribe to my channel☺
Hi bro, may I know where did you get these tyres in bangalore? I mean dealer detail please if possible. I am planning for Leh Ladakh in August and hopefully they do well there.
I bought this from a dealer in sanjaynagar Bangalore. It is also available in Amazon as well. Please share this video and subscribe to my channel as well 😊
Currently am not aware of the complete scenario what models are available. But any 140 section or 150 dual purposes tyres should do good. But keep 80% road focused since dominar is a highway tourer. Timsun as usual a good suggestion. Should be available without much issues.
@@variousvloggerv2 The same model mentioned here is good for dual purpose. Highway touring and little off-road. If you only do highway touring and want more grip, go for Michelin tyres.
I do have that bike now. But with timsun, I had ridden the bike for 16k kms. I was impressed. And surprisingly no punctures as well. Wet grip was okayish but nothing worry. Worth your money
Obviously for highway radial road based is best. But If you are looking for dial purpose, I would say this tyre does very well in highway and good in off-road as well. You won't feel like this lack grip in highway because it's based on medium soft compound. Over all, good to go tyres.

@@outofcuriosity6031 thanks!, I spoke with Timsun cust care and they told i must keep 41psi. my stock pressure is 29/34. So this is why its super confusing. Thank you!
Front tyres are stock ones . I am looking for a timsun itself. But the mud gaurd definitely touches if i get a timsun combination. So still planning...
Will 150/70 fit on Dominar ? Tyre dealer said me to go with 140 on rear and 100 at front instead of 160 and 110. He said tyre Wil touch chassis as it has large buttons
Hey bro, the type of Tyre looks awesome, how is the performance do the Tyre can you help me out if der is any specific name because when I search for the dimensions I found a different one.
In My country i have found 4 different sizes that fit the bike un order of prices from cheaper to more expensive are this, 140/70/17, 150/60/17, 160/60/17, 150/70/17; You could find about 3 brands for each size
But you need a little confident grip for your safety in longer rides . So that's why I chose this. This is not too soft like a perelli nor hard like a ceat.
For 160, pirelli diablo rosso 2 is best but the catch is , you would end up paying double the money when compared to 150. I feel its not that necessary to have a 160 section on the dominar. 150 is super enough.
I would suggest Ralco for your gixxer considering the weight, speed rating and requirement of your bike . If you are interested in Timsun, then definitely you would be happy .
You can get it done anywherw bro. Just have an idea and measurement right. And you can refer my bike's sticker and get it done anywhere. Please subscribe to my channel for more useful videos
I actually had Ralco speed blaster 140 70 17 in mind. But when i saw timsun beside ralco in front of me.. I was so much convinced with the Timsun's tyre compound. And the design and the creases. Ralco looks itself as a hardcore offroader. This feels like offroad plus road.
Fz 250... you need to experiment about the perfect fit. If it touches the swing arm, then do not go for it. Take a measurement if required and proceed.
