This video is a misrepresentation of how family court operate. The best interest of the child is used to keep fathers away from their children. While the father is waiting for his court date, the child is spending time with the mother and maternal family members. By the time the father gets to court, the judge will say that the father is an interuption to child's routine.

The accuracy on this one! The maternal grandparents and mother have basically held my stepchild hostage. My husband has been bullied to give over his legal/physical rights for nearly 3 years. I’m scared the court will say it’ll interrupt his routine by taking him from the grandparents. However the routine wouldn’t be that way if the maternal side hadn’t called all the shots & isolated the baby from his paternal family! I’m at a loss.
5.55 It's catch 22 because what if you are a father going for custody if he wins moving house means moving schools and child making new friends Even if child is well adjusted and has friends children can also adjust to move into fathers home and after few weeks child will be settled anyways
if only mothers weren't coached by lawyers to assassinate the character of the father through false allegations. If only the court process didn't take years and the mother wasn't provided the opportunity to build a life with the children whilst alienating the father. Sounds good, but lawyers are trained to attack the other parent and win..........sad.
Our son is dealing with exactly what you said. His daughter lived with him for 3 years and when mom got a new boyfriend, the new guy decided he wants to be the dad and since mom and dad were never married ,mom took our granddaughter from the only home she’s ever known and dad is stuck waiting for the court system to do something. It’s been over two years now and temporary visitation hasn’t even been ordered or established yet for dad. She hasn’t seen her daddy for over a year now and still he waits... Why is this allowed to go on and destroy the lives of these children? She would beg and plead with us not to make her go back to her mommy’s because she’s scared of mommy and mommy’s boyfriend, yet every time her heart would be shattered. Us, along with our son would try to convince her that her mommy loves her very much and misses her very much and can’t wait to see her , but nothing could console her. Eventually the boyfriend decided only his family would be allowed to see her and has blocked any and all access to our granddaughter , for our son and everyone on his side of the family. He has an attorney, he’s had the same one from the beginning, still nothing is being done to help this beautiful soul with being reunited with her daddy. Meanwhile, mom has gotten pregnant, had the baby, gotten married, celebrated the new baby’s first birthday, and still my son waits and waits to see his daughter again. The court assumed that the status quo had been her living with mom but it wasn’t. She lived with her dad before all this .Since every court date is continued for unknown reasons, mom is getting to say whatever she wants to try to make granddaughter hate her dad and the rest of his family. I don’t understand how this is allowed to happen. And yes, paternity has been established and yes he pays the temporary child support that was ordered 2 years ago when this case first started. They’ve made false allegations with which dad has proof from hospital that mom lied when the first AND the second hospital didn’t agree with or go along with what she was trying to claim. Hearing babygirl say “I need you daddy, please don’t leave me”, is enough to destroy even the strongest of men. No child should have to live without both parents just because one parent doesn’t want to have to get along and coparent with the other parent. And no court should allow the alienation that runs wild in these custody cases across the country. The court doesn’t even know what mom is doing because our son can’t get in front of the judge due to every court date being rescheduled with AT LEAST another four month wait. Then another four months, then another four months, etc. How is this even LEGAL???
@@leejones1187 Help your son become the most financially successful and mentally equipped powerhouse. We cannot beat the system, but we sure as hell can become the fathers these kids WILL run to when they can make their own decisions. Be kind with his heart and encourage him to win in life regardless of injustice.......things that are out of our control, remain out of our control.......sad as Fuck!
Mom and dad divorced and down syndrome 16 year old wants to be with mom. She cries to be with her mom. The dad is controlling and has narcissistic behavior. They can be comfortable and happy when they get what they want when want even if really it's not best of interest cause kids can lye just to get what they want because the other parent could make them mind behave appropriately make them apologize if they flip another kid off cause wouldn't play with them right now at that moment so what then when you are given a false impression of more comfortable more happy cause kid gets away with anything
I'm sorry I see you have never been a single mother. You want a cookie cutter parent and just because you are not doesn't mean to take ans keep them from home. After cutting chicken all day I might cook dinner I'm coming to your cheer practice of course I'm sitting the whole time please don't except me help my body just can't.
