I'm beginning a 21 day juice fast. Just got my first juice ever. Glad it's a good quality Thanks Kristina you are so inspiring. Thanks Nama Team Can't wait to begin this fast 💋
Used my Nama Juicer for the first time today. The juice is delicious. I made Joe’s Mean Green and Turmeric Shots. I enjoyed them both. I love your channel. Thank you so much for the videos and information.
Hi Kristina! I just ordered my juicer ,with your discount code. I’ve been enduring for quite a while with the symptom of fibromyalgia pain. You have inspired me to look into juicing and hopefully this will help me with my struggle. So...thank you for Sharing your goodness.😉
Your beetjuice recipe saved my life! I use to get so bloated it restricted my breathing. Since I'm drinking your beetjuice recipe I hardly have that problem anymore.
Loved the video, I have juiced in the past and now returning, I'm a reborn juicer. So good. Enjoyed a simple cucmber juice. . I remember I used to get a Juice high, hoping to get that feeling again. wonderful advice Kristina
Thank you Kristina for all of your wonderful videos and for the awesome passion that you have for juicing and health. I just ordered your juicer! Thank you so much for the discount! I’m so excited and I can’t wait to get it! You are awesome! I’m learning so much from you! I have hypothyroidism that’s getting worse. I keep gaining weight and I want to lose weight. What juice do you recommend to help me heal this disease? Rosa
So can you add the pulp from straining the juice to the more drier pulp from the juicer itself, or do you need to keep that strained pulp separate and try to use it separately for something else? I do not like wasting ANY of the edible part(s) of my fruits or veggies, because I know the fiber is really good for you too, (plus I actually like a slightly "heartier", more pureé like texture to my juices and smoothies), so I prob. wouldn't even strain my juice in the first place, but if I ever did, that's why I'm asking/wondering that!... This was a great and very useful info video Kristina, so if you happen to see and read this comment, and you have time to reply, I would really appreciate any additional info/advice you have about that above question! Thanks so much for what you do and your resulting inspiration to your viewers to help them get healthier and more energetic and vibrant! I recommend your channel to anyone I find or meet who is interested in juicing! Keep up the great work and the useful, helpful, informative videos, they are always great to see! :)
I got a question would you please come up with a raw kool-aid I have 2 children and we love watching you. I seen the dinosaur juice but I would love to have a variety. Please and thank please please 🙏 😊.
In Germany we dont have so fresh and colorful fruits from all over the wold or IT is expencive and not realy ripe. They look very colorful in your videos... I'm a Mum and i think i dont habe enough time so make this Juice. Does it take time to clean the juicer? Thank you for this videos🙏♥️
Hi Kristina, thanks for the very informative video. Just got my nama machine and look forward to using the machine. Please can you advise how long I can freeze the juice that I make with the machine. I am trying to make them over the weekend ready for the week as it is not easy for me to juice everyday at the moment. Thanks
Hi 😀 I'm from Philippines. I really wanted to try this but here in our province, organic veggies and fruits are not available. What should I do to create a juice just like these 😊 but not organic? How will I prepare it? Can you help me... Thank you 💗
Really nice video Kristina, full of wonderful ideas and tips. Definitely do the pulp ideas video and if you could details on how you came to your farm, the details of what to look for the pros and cons and what you could change if you could and what you absolutely love about it. Been homesteading for years up the Catskills of NY and its great to learn from each other. Been living off the land when the weather lets us but not always so lucky like those in Hawaii0;) Blessings.
I add a bit if carrot as well but thats basically the recipe I've been using. The apple and lemon definitely make the juice palatable. Not bitter at all.
Great video! Hi Kristina! I showed one of your videos to my wife as I stumbled upon about 3 or 4 of your videos. The last one I saw was you brilliantly defending yourself against haters. Sadly, as you pointed out many people need to push others down in order to make them look taller. I've experienced that myself in my business career. These people seem to crawl out of a ditch somewhere just to hurt others for namesake notoriety. You did an amazing job in that video (as well as your juicing videos of course) and I just want you to know that your "good" will always outweighs the bad in other people. I know it is uncomfortable to be accused of things which are totally fabricated. I am proud of how you responded in that video. You are a true professional with dignity and class. To those out there who live only to hate and hurt others, I hope they will wake up one day and see the light and be kind to others, but if not they will live, unlike you, a very shallow and empty existence. God Bless You and keep juicing!
Yes please give us some pulp recipes & tips for juice feasting! I’ve been so inspired by you, I did the 21 days completely raw vegan challenge because of you and loved it! Now I want to do a juice cleanse and do another 21 raw days after that :) would love more tips! Sending you love, mahalo!
I bought the Nama... I finally broke down and invested in my health. It’s been a deal breaker! I can tell the difference! I’ve been juicing for the last 2weeks and my skin is showing it! Been following you since your coop in Houston.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I bought a juicer and it's coming tomorrow. So now i have an idea of what is juiceable and what's not a good idea to juice. Thank you!
I Thought Of Something For The Juice Pulp: Turn It Into Dairy Free Ice Cream Containing The Pulp, Frozen Fruit And Oat Milk Either Vanilla Or Chocolate. 🍎🍏🍓🍒🍍🍊🍈🍉🍑🍇🍋🥕🍠
Good idea! I turn my pulp into veggie stocks/broth/soups & crackers. I do all the veggies then the fruits that way they’re not mixed together. Mistakenly juiced my apples & when I made my soup that day the taste was definitely off.... not good 😊
@@FullyRawKristina Not Bad. 😄 I Once Made A Salsa Juice That Contained Cherry Tomatoes, Cilantro Garlic, Onions, Spinach, Basil, and Beets Even A Chili Pepper. 🍅🌶️🥗
Also, I haven’t watched all of your videos yet but food storage is a hot topic for me right now. I would be curious to know more about this if you’re open to future video suggestions
Thank you for the video. No juicing for me, removing the fiber dehydrates me because the colon can no longer efficiently absorb the water without the fiber.
This came at a great time!! Thank you so much. Me and my boyfriend just got our juicer today and start our fasting tomorrow! Comment below if you have good tips!
Thanks Kristina! It's true 4 me 2, my test change much , while eating vegan, also with the info from Anthony William medical medium! Fatty things, sugar, fried , mostly makes me almost vomiting. Celery juice is 4 me so delicious, like mother milk. Anthony William I heard sayinz , that the best is celery juice pure and not replaced o mix (only if u don't get the celery) with anything else! It's not a veggie, it's a healing plant. Thanks 4 u Free ebook! 💖
YES! Make a video about what to make of the pulp. I juice a lot of carrots, what can I do with the pulp? Also, thank you so much for this video and the free e-book. So generous. LOVE!
What is the difference (besides fiber content) between juicing and throwing the fruits and vegetables in a high quality blender and drinking them that way? Is juicing more beneficial and if so, how?
I just bought my juicer today. Thank you for posting your basic tips! I'm excited about adding some serrano chile or a dash of jalapeno to my juice recipes!
