I made a 97 three ball build and couldn’t shoot at all (24%) but I’ve learned the game some more with this being my first 2k and it’s really about knowing your jumper and your release cue. base tmac R1 Oscar Robertson R2 tari eason 66/34 blend 4/4 speed. That jumper made everything so much easier, I play on push and now I shoot 65% w the same build and I’ll pull from 35ft

My absolute favorite for small guards is Curry base, 80% oscar, 20% Steve Nash. Push timing. I'm typically not a great shooter, but I'm over 70% with this jumper.

Does the 3pt rating on the shot matter if your actual attributes for your 3 ball is high? For example if i have a 90 3 ball and im trying to make a shot and the shit attribute for the three-point shot is only 83, will that affect the chances of me making my shot even though i still really do have a 90 or is it just timing skill thing regardless

@@cohenbohart133 you have a low 3 point shot rating. About 85 -92 3pt rating you should have all pages unlocked that is if you have that stat / attribute already upgraded, even if you have a high 3 pt it must be upgraded and then you unlock more jump shots, with Patrick mills jump shot to my understanding you unlock it at starter three for affiliation.

@@cohenbohart133 you need to upgrade your 3 ball, example: if you have a 95 3pt but its currently only upgraded to 85 3pt you will have 16 pages unlocked, once maxed you should unlock more bases/ releases. For patty mills your required to be starter 3 for affiliation rep.

Yo for your TMac jumper (and the others mentioned) I notice that it only gets an A rating speed and a C rating defensive immunity. I know release height is everything for contests but doesn't the lack of speed on the jumper and low defensive immunity impact things?

Me personally I use tmac with Troy brown jr/Oscar Robertson 90/10 split with normal speed. Need an 87 to use it (A release height/speed, A- stability and B- immunity. Used to use a different blend version for my 88 mid build but now I use it on all my guards no matter what. Shoot 60%

I think for bigger builds 76 3 is just fine. I have 2 bigs who shoot 77 79 from 3. I use cam Johnson Kobe release. I rarely miss. I have a build named I don’t miss lol

For my swings I use Jr Smith base r1 kucok r2 Kyle korver 57 43 Guards Steph curry base r1 kyrie r2 Brandon podzemski 80 20 All push I tried switching to pmills but for some reason steph base just gets better results maybe cause I been using all year Every season after season 2 I shoot at least 62 from 3 at least 74 from the field

Tmac, Troy brown jr/Oscar robertson 90/10 normal speed on release cue shoot 60% that's for an 87 shot. I used a few variations of tmac Troy brown/X and settled with that one personally. A height and speed, A- stability and B- immunity

Bro I have a 6’6 guard , 93 3 ball and shoot pretty good , but now I have a 96 3 ball 6’5 guard and the shot is much slower so it’s causing me to shoot even worst than my 93 ball build .🤦🏿‍♂️

Put the same jumper on the higher 3 build. And take notice to the speed bar. Full bar on one build may be considered FAST shot while 3/4 bar on the other build is FAST as well.

@sampari6358 that's why I'm saying use your old jumpshot from the 93 build. You aren't going to shoot faster from 93 to 96 so just use what you already have. The same 87 jumper I told you about is what I use for a 94 3 ball build. It's all the same.
