I need help with KaiOS in a feature phone. If i am making a call to the bank and the bank send an OTP (one time password) to my phone, how can i minimize the call interface and view the message, then navigate back to the call screen again to key in the password?

About a year ago I had to replace my LG flip because I dropped it and messed up the speaker. It was a 3G phone so Verizon had me upgrade to a 4G since I still wanted a flip phone. Not against technology but just don't need a smart phone and also too expensive. I have 3 computers and a tablet if I want to go online. Got a Nokia with KaiOS and probably the worst phone I ever had. Phone maybe ok but KaiOS was horrible. Any Android app I tried to install said I had the wrong operating system. Finally gave up and went to another Mobile provider and got a Schok with Android. Good operating system and D+ phone. Biggest thing was the sensitivity of the keys which was not changeable. Came across a TCL phone and liked it even though I was back to KaiOS. It was different from the KaiOS on the Nokia and a little better. It's usable and I would give it about a C+. Compared to my 15 year old LG flip these 3 phones are bad. How come technology has gone DOWNhill in the last 15 years. I would pay twice as much for my working LG back compared to these other two. Also all three of the phones have to run off my wireless connection inside my house because of poor reception. My old LG never had a problem and I always had 4 or 5 bars on it. Glad I'm old. In another 15 years we will be back to hacking messages into stone tablets.
