Vegetarian food is not only over love but also a requirement. Because of hot climate, spicy non-veg food which Pakistanis are fond off, is not suitable on daily basis. It creates digestive problems. While India has the best veg food in the world, must add that all states in India including Karnataka serve mind blowing non veg food too, pls cover some of those places too. Non veg food in India is no less than veg food. I understand you will have Halal requirements, not a problem since there are several gems serving Halal food in every nook and corner across India.. Just do a bit of googling and you will find them! Our Pakistani brothers shouldn’t feel that India doesn’t have enough of non veg( including Halal Food), there are thousands of options!

The KATORI in the Katori Chaat is made from Boiled-n-Shredded Potatoes that are fried to give it the shape of a Basket. It is filled with boiled Green Grams, Chanas, Potatoes and topped up with Curd, spices and Sev. Am sure it was not only a hearty meal but tasty as well.... You should try ragi mudde, mutton curry, rice roti or akki roti, donnebiryani authentic bangalore food at any military hotel..donne biryani served at any military hotel with boti, brain etc. Then CTR masala dosa malleshwari, Veg meals at MTR Andhra chilli chiken ,nagarjuna, meghana andra spcl biryani All south indian version spicy biryani or pulav
