Best Korea Street Food in Seoul, Myeongdong District 

If I ever go to Seoul, I don't think I would ever get a chance to see the sites...I would be entirely spending my time eating at these street food vendors. What amazing delights they have there!!

As a Korean, I have a request for foreigners watching this video. Do not buy food sold by street vendors on the streets of Myeongdong. Myeong-dong is the most expensive place in Seoul, and even people who live in Myeong-dong criticize the food sold at street vendors in Myeong-dong, saying they are overpriced. They charge twice the price of the same food sold in Sinchon and Sadang-dong areas.

I see those dumplings & it reminds me of a woman that came around to all the compounds in the little town, outside the base where my hubby was stationed at the time...she would call out, "Yaki Mandu, Yaki Mandu"...I hated it, because I loved her dumplings so much...always had to get a couple at least!! 13 months of her dumplings almost broke me from American food completely...that & fried rice & kimchee & noodles...sheesh, that's been 46 years ago now & I'm still hooked on Korean food...still make my own kimchee & noodles & fried rice, etc.!! Never got away from it!! 💖🥟💖 BTW, thanks for letting the markets speak for themselves...I hate it when people have to talk all the way through these videos...only a few people are thoughtful enough to let the markets speak for themselves!! I subbed you too!!

As Korean, I do not recommend the street food in Myeongdong. It is too expensive to eat them. Wherever you go in Korea, it is much better than this place. Please do not waste your time and money in Myeondong.

Here I'm in the middle of night watching this and starving. I wish we had this kind of street food here in Seattle Washington. Actually we do have pike market but not classic like this once.

OMG~! YUM! YUM! I need to book a flight to South Korea right now! It looks so delicious! Was station in South Korea 55 years ago! Literally a 3rd world war ridden country. The menu was ramen, kimchi, "bbq chicken," and dog still on the menu. There were no highways, only one train track, and the train only had one car air conditioned. I have nothing but respect of elders who worked so hard to bring South Korea a world mecca today! Blessing Korea, for a storybook journey....💖💖💖
