You can easily miss two epic rarity leg cyberware upgrade if you progress too far into the story and make the wrong choices, so buy them ASAP when you're free to explore Night City--right after completing The Heist.
A short walkthrough showing how to find the ripperdoc selling the purple fortified ankles, which blast you into the air and let you hover for a few seconds. These rocket boots are without a doubt the most fun cyberware upgrade I've found in the early game.
They are particularly useful for melee builds (whether blunt, blade, or unarmed) and other high-speed, high-mobility playstyles.
This leg mod is expensive (75k eddies), but your combat and exploration will instantly become more fun. You will not regret the purchase--and you could always use one of the money or dupe glitches. And tell your friends; they will thank you.
