I wish there was an easy way to select different skills. I run a status effect set up and my cool down is 15, and I can run almost all skills just to have that power. I got the idea of how the Rouge agents and hunters do it. One is on cool down and I'm using one, reset it and add another one.

I recently put together this build and it seems that the blinder firefly doesn't proc perfect galvanize. If I blind an enemy through other means (like eyeless) then it works fine. Had to switch to sticky foam to get more consistent procs.

Did they quietly nerf the duration of the blinder firefly? I remember i could get it up to 18 seconds, and now it has like 30% less duration. Nice build, although i can't get rid of eclipse on cc builds. This is a hybrid so i understand the setup. My go to cc build consists of 4 EP, including the chest, a golan piece and either an acosta backpack or an electrique one with creeping death (this one will give you max status duration). Foam and jammer for the skills. Lefty as a secondary, scorpio as a primary. Still, great build.

Unless the bug has been fixed. Blind doesn't proc Galvanize... any clue if blind is proccing it?

@TuxedoBandido that's brutal. So, basically, just your shock from the gun is proccing Galvanize? I basically run this same build with 4pc Ongoing Directive with Overwatch Chest and the same backpack.

I just testes blind from firefly doesn't work. But riot foam works, banshee pules, and st. Elmo engine shock works

Cooldowns don't work like that for all enemies. Legendary enemies especially have resistances that lower the durations of status effects. And with the latest update enemies gain temporary immunity to a status effect after two applications of it.

I prefer the foam. The effects last longer for me. And the Vile was a good choice as it spreads with poison.

Nice ive just made it but swapped damage out if cover to magazine size and used 3 picoro or what ever its called not 2 so loose 10% hast but i dont use the pfe mod so have the same as you plus 120 ammo ;) your welcome

Nope it does not proc but the emp is useful keeping enemies disrupted making most tech and skill users on legendary useless and easy to kill by your teammates

Should I even bother with builds before level 40? Haven’t finished the campaign yet but my “build” is using all yellow pieces for 6 skill tier, restorer hive, striker drone, In sync on my AR, future perfect on pistol, kinetic momentum on the chest and either tech support or combined arms for the backpack. Should I try to replace with better yellows every few levels or just use whatever has the higher stats regardless of synergy until I hit level 40+ and then focus on a real build? There’s so many endgame guides but as a new player it gets kinda confusing

Just get to level 40 first. Not worth the effort looking for pieces below level 40

Definitely finish the campaign first, otherwise your pieces are going to be low level pieces and usually they have pretty bad rolls. You wanna unlock countdown and farm the pieces in there. Dont bother picking up all the pieces you see on the ground, only pickup the ones you think have good rolls (and maybe you might need in the future). It really helps with inventory management. Trust me, as a guy who picks up only the best gear, I sit in front of my stash for 30 minutes everyday deconstructing useless stuff I picked up

I got the backpack the other day, mine has and armor core, I thought it dropped with a skill core? Did the devs change it

The important thing is 4 blue and two yellow, so as long as you end up with that you'll still have the same effect as the build in the video. My version of this has the skill cores on the Hana U gloves, and Vile mask with armor on the other 4.

It doesn’t. Only the shock rounds do. You can use riot foam if you prefer. But galvanize has 10 seconds before you can reprock. It doesn’t stack. I found shock ammo was enough.

Tux, have you given any thought about swapping the haste mods and using skill duration mods? Im pretty sure that the skill duration mods will extend both the EMP and blind duration. I put the build together. only difference is that I got golen in the knees and the brazos on the chest which came with status effect and tag team.
