We had such a fun weekend cheering for Layla and Lenny at their dance convention! They did AMAZING!! And we ended the day watching Winston, he's a little beast out on the lacrosse field! I'm so proud of them! Thank you so much for watching!!:)

Not sure if you know this or not, but you dont have to clean your pump parts after every session. You can put the parts in a sealed ziplock bag and put the bag in a fridge. Sterlize at the end of the day.

Hi Kayli! I exclusively pumped for 9 months. My baby was only fed breast milk. On the go I found it easy to bring a wash basin if there was a sink available some where. I also had medela pump wipes and I used those to clean my pump stuff on the go. They were a LIFE SAVER.

Kayli: for your brest pump on the go bring a small cooler and for your brest milk on the go pre-mix as much as you will need on the go and keep it hot in a thermos in your diaper bag. And if you’re really in a pinch most gas station have microwaves. Just a few thoughts that may help and ease your anxiety

if you look back at the birth, Finn had trouble keeping the normal thickness of milk down. He basically had it end up in his lungs, so the doctors suggested thickening it up a bit so that he would be able to properly stomach it. this is basically the TLDR so bear with me
