This is prefect for designing nail ahead of time and then glueing. There is no way that works with regular gel and lamp. So excited!

5 weeks! That is awesome! Looking for a healthier alternative to using a UV or LED lamp. Changing my whole perspective to gel manicures. I can get the same styles that I love with great polish, great top coat, and magnetic polish for cat eyes. Love this video! Glad that I found your content!

My absolute FAVORITE glue,,,,,,,it's literally the only glue that works for me,,, Kiss Gel is my second favorite but this stuff is the bomb! I bought the last one Sally's had and then bought 3 more online and got free shipping,,,one thing I noticed using it, don't put too much pressure on the nail, especially the gel ones,,,they are flexible and they will squash down on your nail bed and end up pushing over onto your skin and lifting may happen then. Gentle pressure worked best for me in the end.

Do you know how to keep the nozzle from gluing shut? I picked some up and broke a nail today, so I used some to stabilize it. But now I’m wondering how to keep the nozzle usable? Thank You in advance! 😉

I wipe mine on a paper towel and quickly put the cap back on securely. There should be a backup nozzle and cap just in case you’re does glue shut.

When you soaked these off, did you use acetone? I've switched to press-ons full time and use the tabs with glue method that I learned from you. 😊 It works really well for me, but I wonder about just using glue once in a while, and am curious about Fastbond. Is it possible to apply with just glue and save the press-on?

@@lorriangus Same artificial nail removal process. Either soak with hot water and oil when the nail starts lifting, or soak off with acetone. Hope this helps.

Yes, this is a real problem. I had glue all over my hands last week because in the middle of putting on my tips, the tube of glue started to bust in random places with gashes and splits. It's a shame to have such an awesome product in a metallic tube. Waste of $18 😡

Does soaking in 50 acetone ruin the tips like does it melt them off like you would just soaking in full acetone?

I personally didn’t experience it melting in 50/50 minute of acetone and water. But I can only speak for the tips I use. If you’re using tips that are more thin, they may be more susceptible to the acetone and easier to melt. If you need a remover that won’t melt your tips, I highly recommend using Press Off. it removes them in just under 5 minutes each hand. would this glue still work if you're using tips with the fairly large gap between the tip and the natural nail? i have gelly tips from the painted desert and i feel like my nails are on the flatter side there's a decent amount of space in between.. hope that makes sense! thanks for another helpful nail tip!

Hi there friend! I have been away because my mom and brother were sick..I want to try this so starting from scratch. Do you like to do dip after the nails are pressed on or before? And I got to find your favorite press on nail... and I wondered if you still use peel base. I imagine that still works good and can change in between what the 3 week period after applying the press in.

I prefer to design them and add dip to them before I press them on. This way I’m not filing anything close to my skin 😊 I barely or rarely ever use peel base now because I’ve been making press ons.

@@CaroleAnnette so when you put the blob of glue on... if you put too much on the underside you say that you stop pressing down so it doesn't go over the edge. It still dries ok if there's a little much under the nail that isn't spread by pressing down all the way?

Yes it totally does. I tried this with clear tips so you could see how the glue flows and if air bubbles formed.

@@sharynpriewe2259 I’ve been very fortunate to never get a greenie 🤞 Dehydrate your nails really well prior to applying them, and make sure you’re using sufficient glue. If you experience lifting, that’s a sign it’s time to remove them so that you don’t get greenies, as moisture can get under those lifted areas and is the main culprit for greenies

Builder gel first, then peel off base, then I dip using gel liquids. I usually don’t get any lifting until it’s time for them to pop off. And if they do I have builder gel underneath. Which was still on my nail and not lifting. It was so tiny tho and grew out but took forever. So I’m a bit afraid of them lol. Thanks again!

Yes it can, but it won’t be as quick or as easy to do and more bubbles may form.

Patience. Keep holding the tip until it dries. That’s the best way to avoid them from forming. It’ll take a longer amount of time, but it’s worth it.
