Nice setup. Thanks for the tip on not locking in your shocks with a washer and bending dogbones. I have never tried rebuilding a transmission but your video covers the process in detail and will be very helpful when I rebuild my first trans. Thanks Kindly .. Great job ..👍👍

I very very highly recommended on those Diffs 500k diff fluid helps the one leg spin issue. and I need to get some videos up of my 22s just hit 2.07 at 69mph last weekend!

So on this video I cut a ginormous amount of time out because I forgot the camera was recording. But I did install 500k diff fluid! I'm doing a differential build video now for my B6.1 based Frankenvyne build.

I’m trying to talk Brad noon (nooner RC) to make a mid motor conversion for his chassis so I can build a second one! Lol hell yeah I can’t wait to see how fast your frankenvyne car is should be fast!!!

@@wickedF15OH brother. I'm hoping so. I just went and picked it a motor for it the other day. Just waiting on pay day for an ESC and it will finally be ready to hit the strip. I'm actually getting ready to buy the nooner rc rear motor chassis for the 22s I'm building. I reached out to see if he minded me posting videos of the build. He's a really cool guy. Can't wait to get that build done too

Yep I'm almost done building the upgrades on my infraction v2...I went with hobbywing esc and motor..shes super duper...so now I'm saving to hype up this losi...my fiance or whatever we are today?? Nice video My Guy, I just got this losi but mine is rtr, I noticed there isn't a lot of how to videos on RU-vid for this car as of yet so you're doing an excellent job. Also if you could please give me any tips on how to launch the car in a straight line because it wants to slide to the left every time. Thank you bud keep up the great videos.

Ask and ye shall recieve. I'm finishing up a build now that I can talk about launching and what to do to launch straighter. I'll give you a shout out in the video. But until then, have you adjusted the preload on your shocks? So in between the shock caps and the spring on the rear there should be preload clips. If you're launching to the left try removing one preload clip on the left side. This will lessen the suspension pressure to the ground on that tire and essentially let both tires catch traction closer to the same time. If you don't want to remove clips on the left rear shock, you can put more clips in on the right side and it will do the same thing. I uploaded a video prior to this one and it touches on the suspension tuning of this car. Look on my channel for the video that says Losi Suspension Tuning.

@@acura215 check your camber on your rear tires. You probably need to adjust the upper control arm to get the tires to sit flat and use all the rubber. The stock tires also are not great. I reccomend some j concepts mombos

Is the shaft where the spur gear goes suppose to have wiggle room / play ?

Mine has a miniscule amount. Very very small. You don't want it super tight or it could wear your top shaft or even wear down your trans case.

Is this transmission/case the same as the 22S sct stadium truck? Thank you

Let me do some research as I'm not sure. But I know the chassis is based on the short course truck, so it is a possibility.

The research I have done shows that the sct and the 22s drag do have the same transmission so it should work. I don't own a 22 sct so I couldn't tell you 100% yes or no.

Per the Exotek Racing website it is 43g. I'm not entirely sure as I do not have a scale to weigh parts yet but I will be getting one.

That's one of my hopes. Initially I got it because I noticed a few of stock cases screw holes were stripped. Also I'm going to be doing a carbon chassis upgrade soon so I'm going to shed around 200g that way.

@@GirthyTikTak nice same combo I have in my chuckworks mid motor car. My chuckworks rear motor has 1412 6400 and mmx 6s. Jury is still out on these motors. Best run so far mid motor car has been 2.75 at 57 mph. Car is heavy though at almost 6 lbs. Last year my lcg traxxas plastic chassis with tekin 2.5 turn and mmx 8s went 2.40 at 62 mph that's on gnss.

That's quick bro! I'm trying constantly to cut my times but right now I think the weight is what's capping me out. I plan to do a Nooner RC carbon fiber chassis upgrade soon.

I did read that. I don't like using the B-link because it has reset my tune in the middle of a competition lol. So I have it I just don't use it.
