All shown in this video are XL. I would definitely size down now in Bylt Basics. But the others are spot on. I was 222lbs when I got these pants and am now 200lbs and they still fit perfect, except for the Bylt pants. I would need a large now.

Unfortunately they recently pulled all business out of the USA. However, they should be back soon.
