you can find quality but the price for a custom conversion goes from 40,000 usd to 180,000 plus the price of the van.

memberofthetribe1 This is about as basic (and boring) as a conversion gets. There are plenty of places in the U.S. that could do this for a reasonable price. The vehicle itself is the real cost.

Daniel Warner Its usually what ever space we have available to maximize the capacity. Different vehicles have different voids under the vehicles so some will hold more than others but they are usually around the 50 to 70 litre mark. Hope this helps and many thanks for watching.

juandenz2008 thank you very much for the nice comments. i have been involved with campervans and motorhomes from a very young age because my dad was one of the owners of the business. so summer holidays and weekends were spent with my dad in the workshop. my uncle also used to build campers so i think its in our blood haha

John Long , hi John i make most of the campervans to the customers own layouts and requirements so yes it could be made bigger.

Renenet Janvier Hi the vehicle is the mwb version and is 4 wheel drive, it doesnt run off electric but the conversion in the back has 240v and 12v systems. The shower i custom made for the customer as this was the layout he requested. This is a one off conversion and everything is hand made so there is no template for this. Edgunsuk my first thought would be is a roof rack an option? 2nd the Citroen relay conversion i did which is one of my video has a centre walk through which you could make the centre walk through wider by ruducing the beds and kitchen. other than that you could make it so it slides under the beds from the back and the appliances after the bed? what layout was you thinking of? many thanks dan

thanks for the reply Dan , i will look through the rest of your videos and get back to you with some ideas, im doing TV and film security so need to sleep in it on site but WANT to be able to use it for kayaking and family breaks, its the long wheel base high roof a roof rack would make it 13-14 feet tall ? hard work getting my 70 lb kayak up there alone . my idea was to slide it under the bed and have a permanent raised bed high enough to fit a bike under (motor not push lol) front wall of the bed would have to be on a hinge (think cat flap) to allow the kayak all the way in , and build anything else around that , but i cant help thinking seating at the front of the van would better used to covert to a bed and leave the entire back free for storage just payed 7k for a van pick it up teusday
