Thank you for sharing. I just ordered this particular car yesterday, and im really looking forward to it arriving. It's my first 124 crawler car, and im currently creating some scenery to run it on my slotcar track .Greetings from Northern Europe 🤗...Harry
@@nocontrolrc8290 I’ll also add the slt3 is nicer than the slt2, it’s bigger, the trigger pull is just a little lighter and smoother, the wheel foam is a little softer, the whole thing feels more solid, it can actually stand up which is nice when you have a crowded table or whatever, it has throttle trim so you can remove the forward deadband, or just center it perfectly, just all around a better tx. It’s not nearly as good as my fs-gt5, but I’m using it for now just for a change. If anyone’s looking for a little upgrade but more importantly unlocking ch3 on the receiver, jennysrc does sell the slt3 for super cheap, they are out of stock right now (unless you buy the tx Rx combo which is a good deal if you can use the extra Rx) but always restocking cause they part out rtrs, great site. Before I sell it too hard to others though, it is worth it to get a nice tx Rx receiver and use that, I haven’t actually tried it yet but according to others you can just plug in any external receiver to ch2 of v3 esc and it will work. I’m going to do that soon because when I upgraded to an emax servo, the left endpoint binds while the right is just barely enough travel. My fs-gt5 will do endpoints, these won’t, and that’s kind of important for the emax upgrade. The only negative really is the gt-5 doesn’t have an easily accessible throttle dual rate, you can set it, but it requires button presses and navigating the menu to then adjust dual rates, not really ideal on the fly when you just want a little more throttle control when crawling.
