@@taroupriapusxp4624 The winner should not be decided by the gowns they wear. Also, Puertorico's final question is much easier compared to Japan's. Kurara got the most difficult question in the final round, and she still gave a smart answer. The crown should have gone to Japan.
@@Yuan3986 Kurara is known for her intelligence but she doesn't seem to be a bookish intelligence. Otherwise, she could've given a smashing oratory answer because we know how well-read and well-travelled she was and aware of so many cultures. Her answer was very philosophical. But they loved it. Maybe because it was a feminist answer at a time when the world was still largely male chauvinistic. Irregardless, people keep talking about Puerto Rico's gown but the truth is, the gown was completely overshadowed by Kurara's presence and popularity. Kurara was a favourite from the start. And I believe defeated country groups rallied behind her after their delegate was eliminated.
