Hi, to grind turmeric, you have to first make it into smaller pieces using a mortar pestle. Shouldnt be long pieces. As for coriander, we have tried powdering it in the multipurpose jar and it has come out well... Agree about the white paint though...
How powerful and durable is sujata? can it dry grind ginger and mllets/wheat (in v small quantity like one or two small cups?not on a regular basis but once in a while) trying to not get a dedicated home mill since my requirement is very limited maybe once a month or even less for 1 or sometimes 2 people. Your advice is appreciated 😊
@@everythingbetterthanks for that quick response. Someone in this comment section mentioned they aren't happy with their fry grinding of masalas even turmeric apparently doesn't do well given its a 900 w machine with a high rpm I am baffled can you please clarify? I understand wheat or millets might not be okay but dry ginger is a must for me do you think this isn't durable for that either?
Hi! Which one would you suggest to get if my main purpose is to grind dried fruits and nuts- I am considering Sujata or Butterfly. Appreciate if you can help me as I am based in Malaysia and will be making a trip to Bangalore this Oct 😁
