On my visit to India my brother recommended me a Philips mixer grinder. I bought it happily and brought it back to Australia for using it. It is the first time I used it and the rotor coupler popped out. If you don't know what the rotor coupler is - it is a plastic part which is rotated by the grinder motor (Firky is to common word used in hindi) I complained about this to domestic appliances person through online chat Nikhil. He asked me about the date of purchase and all details and then not willing to help out this situation. Being engineer myself I know the cost of this part is not more that Rs 5. I offered him that I can purchase the part at your price and please send it to my brother's address in India. But all my efforts where waste. I can send them invoice, the photos of the part as well. The machine is brand new and only one jar is opened to use first time. These guys and not willing to help me at all. Worst company in terms of maintaining after sales support or solutions. I will suggest don't even look at this company again !

bahut badiya video , koi glam sham nahi , simple kaam ki baat ,bahut badiya , halanki maine ultimately INALSA DIVA PLUS CHOOOSE KIYA , COMPARE THE PRICES it is better.
I think it is difficult to spare jar because of its unique design in case we lose or damage the jars. Also, some ppl say in Amazon review that bottom plastic area of the jar has come off. Philips need to look into this.
2nd time u didn't add any solid item in the jar. U just grind a power & show it's turned into powder. Owwwhhhh How is it possible??? Jadddddduuuuuuuu😂😂😂
Today in 2021 which one would u suggest? Actually i have ordered 7720. Is it durable? i want a durable one. And if the handle of the jar cracks, can the handle alone be changed?
Hello..after doing lots of research on mixer grinder I find this mixer suitable for my kitchen..I wish to buy it but noise created by this mixer is something which is making me quite confused as I wish to have a silent mixer grinder so that no body get disturbed while I'm using it...plz suggest should I buy Philips HL1643 600-Watt Super Silent Vertical or go for this mixer shown in video...as I m really impressed with the efficiency of the mixer shown in this video...plz suggest which one is better in performance...is there any other model in the market which is as efficient as the mixer shown in the video including silent feature...plz suggest... Thankyou
+khushi singla there is no mixer grinder which is actually silent, in fact the more powerful a mixer grinder is - it will make more noise also... HL1643 Super Silent is also NOT silent, it just makes comparatively a little less noise. I would recommend HL7699 or HL7720 mixer grinder if you are looking for best performance but remember it does make a little more sound...
Thanks for detailed demo. We would like to know one thing for this model. Does the blades are fixed with Jars? Shall we replace only Blades ? or entire Jar to be replaced after some time of usage. Kindly revert
Hello, thanks for the review. I have used the philips super silent 600 watt for several years now, and I have always been very happy with it. Finally I managed to break the round grey thingy with the 4 legs sticking up from the body itself, so I can's use it anymore. I have spare-ones, but I see no way to change the one from the motor, only the ones from the jars can be changed I think. Do you know if there is a way to replace the one from the body, or is it R.I.P. to my faithfull kitchen help? note: I do not live in India, I brought the mixy home with me from Kerala. I cannot get these mixies here in The Netherlands, nor find a place that repairs these things. Funny huh? Philips as a Dutch brand!!! And I, being Dutch, have to go to India to buy this or get it fixed! :-) Any help is greatly appreciated
Fanny Winkelman A unique problem I must say, Mixer Grinders are used only in India, and therefore Philips makes them in and only for India. Few things (thinking on my feet here :)) that can be done about your problem: 1. You may send a photo of the part that is broken to someone in India you know or you may contact Philips India directly, they can ship the spare part to you from India, and you may get it fixed there (If at all the spare part can be found and fixed) 2.You may send a photo of the part that is broken to us, we can ship the spare part to you from India, and you may get it fixed there 3. You may buy a new Philips Mixie. There would be many websites which can ship these to you in Netherlands...
I think this guy has never copied in his school days. Bhai 2nd time u put powder masala and then turned on the grinder to grind the powders. Wooowwww.. Superb!!!! What a paid review video. Really I thought of buying a grinder from Philips brand but after watching this video neither I'll buy nor will suggest anyone to buy... Please do homework well before making a video...
I went to purchase philips mixer grinder but shopkeeper has advised me not to buy this. Even i asked for panasonic mixer grinder he told me its service is not so good... I changed my mind of purchasing mixer grinder that day.
Shopkeepers will try to sell you what they make maximum margin on... Pls make your decision basis unbiased feedback. Do your own research and decide... You will find a lot of Mixer Grinder videos here for you to check and decide: ru-vid.com/group/PL5Od91EQLZ4l1KMBkX7Ip4lHSoONgGOZg
what's your say about HL7699, Because it's in paytm and I have sufficient balance. I can see that in your kitchen, it would be a blessing if you please post a video about HL7699
Joy Nayak HL7699 is the best mixer. It can grind anything you can think of in Seconds. Here are the videos for HL7699 (not mine) - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6vrKFdzfzy4.html
Hi, you have presented the product in a very good way, I am looking for "Philips Pronto HL7715 700-Watt Juicer Mixer Grinder with 3 Jars ". It has 700 w motor and performs juicing function also. Can you please tell me if that is a good product in terms juicing , mixing and grinding? THanks a lot. Himanshu
foxbat296 thank you for your compliment. HL7715 is the BEST Juicer Mixer Grinder you can buy in the Indian Market today. It has a Extralarge feeding tube and a Powerful motor which can juice almost any tough ingredient - carrots, beetroots, etc. You don't need to cut your fruits like apples and it even has a drip stop which means no mess after juicing...See this juicing video from HL7715: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MXwd8AgSt8Y.html
I was interested about buying your Philips grinder. Now i heard so many complains about your grinders, my heart is broken. After all Indian people as well as their items have no value. I am also Indian but honest and i know i keep my word. I thank God i didnt order it.
Hello.... Just because some mixer grinder is low standard...how can you say Indian ppl have no value... Maybe you yourself have no moral n values, so think the same about others... Such a shame.
Another question sir , getting stuck at one point as you show the difference in the coupler placement between the HL7699 & HL7720 . What would you recommend as best with your experience for which I choose keeping in mind of its durability of the mixer. I don't require compactness my only need is that the product should work fine and live long without any problems . Keeping these things durability please recommend a best one between these HL7699 or HL7720 . OR any other which you think is best at current.
purendragoyal I would personally recommend that you go with HL7699 if durability and performance is what you are looking for. It is by far one of the most rugged Mixer Grinders in the market today. Just a small heads up - it does make a little louder sound as the motor is really powerful...
purendragoyal Philips HL1645 is a very good Model but HL7699 is far better in terms of durability and performance. The Jar size of HL7699 is also larger. HL1645 is suitable for those who want an additional blender jar in their Mixer Grinder and want a little less sound...
+cgsatya it is always recommended to buy the traditional stone wet grinder for proper idly and dosa batter preparation. The mixer can also do the same, but you will get better results with a stone wet grinder...
I will strongly recommend HL7715 out of the 3 because it gives you an additional Juicer and Blender attachment and it has the best motor. All 3 have the same chutney jar of 0.3L
For 3 people small chutney is fine. If you fill the jar till top, then there are chances that ingredients come out so it is advisable to put hand on top while working on small jar
what is the difference between philips hl7715 pronto 3 and Philips HR 1855 Juicer? very confused....how is dat jst the juicerHR 1855 is more costly than the multifunction HL-7715? for which one to go...
HL7715 is a very good juicer. The reason why HR1863 is costlier is because it has a unique self cleaning mechanism which makes cleaning very easy. Cleaning is the biggest hassle with using the juicer. And the self cleaning feature of HR1863 just makes using it more convenient. If you don't mind spending time and effort in cleaning a juicer, you can still go for HL7715. Juicing quality of both the juicers is comparable... To understand more about the self cleaning feature of HR1863, you may watch this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-y2hxDEEUFNk.html
Yes the other one is HL7699. Recommendation totally depends on your need, if you need a really powerful Mixer for the toughest grinding, go for HL7699 - click here to buy online - goo.gl/xMGm9w If the need is to have a good grinding with added safety features and compact size, go for HL7720 - click here to buy online - goo.gl/IHAHyK
+X Factor Lid pops up when the quantity in the jar is beyond the capacity of the jar. So to avoid it, always avoid filling up the jar to the rim. Leave some space for material to move while grinding or mixing
I'm looking for a mixer with no sound, I searched a lot but even I didn't get yet. Because whatever I found the variety of sound proof mixers those are not actually sound proof.
Healthy Kadai can I get an juice extractor for HL7720 or HL7699?? some people have complained about steel quality of jar. Could you please say about that? I need grinder mainly grinding spices dry and wet. It's for my mother. Coz, there things are very hard to do in "sil batta". Please advice
the quality is absolutely not an issue. The 2 pin plug has been provided keeping in mind Indian kitchens have only 1 or 2 3 pin plug points which are being constantly used for refrigerators and microwave. 2 pin plugs are easier to use and durability is absolutely no issue...
I always get confuse with this mixer grinder and blender. what's the difference? I think only we name mixer grinder in India.. it's also known as blender, am I right??
purendragoyal both are good. If you are looking for Power and Performance, go for HL7699. If you want a compact Mixer Grinder which is yet powerful, go for HL7720. HL7699 is the most rugged and powerful Mixer Grinder, it even has a .5L Chutney jar which is by far very large...
Bhai sahab namaskar humne aap ka video dekha pahle main is per Philips mixie search ki lekin mujhe jyada kuchh nahin mila aur ismein jo maine aapka add dekha to hamare coffee time se mixi ki Chakri kharab ho gai hai aur mujhe uski chakra milane mein bahut problem a rahi hai jiski baat kar rahe ho aap pahle mein add mein g77 kya Ho Gaya bagra kya uski Chakri mujhe kahin se prapt nahin Ho pa rahi main flipsky customer landline per bhi phone kiya mujhe koi response nahin mila kripya aapko jankari ho to mujhe ek Chhota sa message karne ki kripa Karen
All jar fittings made out MS steel and gal coated while with get rust and mix with food and very quickly worn out, if all fittings and screw made out MS steel and mould and palstick are poor quality, If made good quality plastic and high quality or Maurine quality SS steel screw and nuts and meet international quality it's good.
This mixer grinder is too noisy! Moreover, both big jars have similar blades. In fact all three jars have two-pronged blades. No four-pronged in blender jar. That affects it's performance. I won't recommend this one.
Jab bhi aap hard cheeze grind karen toh pehle small pcs mei cut karle aur fir jab grind karen tab continuous grind nahi karen, isse coupler par load padta hai Aap pehle 3 bar pulse karen aur fir 10 sec ke liye speed 1 par grind karen, phir 10 sec speed 2. Aise karne se coupler par load nahi padta aur aache se grind bhi ho jata hai
It is a VERY powerful machine and therefore does make a little bit more noise but you need to use it very less as it can do the task in half the time.... So I don't mind.
philips 7756 is a better looking model.. both products are from the same brand and same power so motor will be the same... but yes 750 watt is a beast and will do work in half time for sure.. anyways thanx for the video
