I went full Viezu on my 2010 5.0 supercharged. Tuner, pulleys, intercooler, Miletek exhaust. Wow what a difference. Great people to deal with too.

Xk/r cars are my favorite for a lifetime. When it was released i was nearly 10 years old and since than it was my favorite till now. I hope i can have this pleasure to own one of them in the future.

I finally bought an XKR at the weekend, and I am beyond happy with it! 😁. Like you said the only time it's loud is when you plant your foot and that sound is beautiful 👌🏼. No annoying drone on the motorway at all as well. I think I'm going to love this car.

Having the 5 litre supercharger gives exactly what you say. Plus sport mode. Puts a smile on one's face every time 😁.

Sounds, literally, like enough to stay a perfect GT, with that beautiful V8 burble when you want it. Excellent Mod!

Releasing the XK V8 music with the original Jaguar factory designed XKR was a great choice. Jaguar engineers will have researched the best balance of sound and performance, 👍

Sounds lovely, I cut my box open wrapped the internals and tak welded the valves open sounds the same.they make a beautiful sound 😂

I spotted you on 2 RU-vid clips standing on it, leaving Cars in the Park 2023. Awesome JAG Growl! 😜Quick question for you and your followers; When you secured the valves with jubilee clamps they appear to be wide open and perpendicular to the tubes. My back box has the actuators left in place and the actuators appear to take the valves about 20 degrees past perpendicular, therefore not wide open. Is that True? In honour of this video I have just gone out with my windows down, found a narrow road, and opened the taps. It is a proper naughty sound at full throttle. I just need to be careful as that also means I was travelling rather quickly!

I really wish you all could have experienced the SPIRES Exhaust upgrade makes my stock XKR-S in comparison seem quiet. I’d have to get a Quicksilver now…. Don’t think it’s quite as good. Sounds clips in my account of XKR stage 3. And on highway super minimal drone - best upgrade ever apart from lighter wheels.

I need to pop out and find some underpasses and walls to fly through now. The weather has been so pants for so long I haven't driven with the windows down since I've owned the car. It's so well insulated that the only people who have enjoyed the sound are the people following me!

If you do not keep the valves open, will it work?

Fit without modification?! Please tell me how. The holes were the pipes are are too small. The piece of kit between the exhaust pipes is a different one. Ho do you figure this?!

I want to do that on my 4.2. But I'm not sure it'll fit as I have the XK160 body kit on it. 🤔

I wish there was a modification for the stereo / nav to be upgraded to something more modern 😢
