Two months ago, I was on the streets. Two months ago, I was unemployed and lost Two months ago, someone I was with for 4 years died unexpectedly. Two months ago, I wanted to die too. Two months ago was the hardest time I had ever been through. It was the hardest fight I've ever fought in all my 26 years years. But I fought. Little by little, I worked on myself. Step by step, I kept going. I changed my entire diet, cut out all grains and sugar. I started working out. I stopped doing all substances that I medicated myself with. Now, I have a full time job that I love. Now, I have a car. Now, I have a roof over my head. Now, I have mental clarity and stability. Now, I'm down 3 sizes. Now, I have a fire burning inside me that I dont even let myself put out. When I feel my depression and anxiety starting, that's when I get up. That's when I push. Before I even allow myself to get to the point of where my mind overwhelms me, I kick that mental illness right in the face and I do what I have to do to keep bettering myself and reaching my goals. I was not born to submit to depression/anxiety and die like that. It's 2019 and my new outlook is doing every single thing that I feel is uncomfortable. My comfort zone has boxed me in and I've wasted 3 1/2 years locked inside. But I am infinite and I am breaking the fuck out of there.

i have a saying. "fall down six times, rise up seven." my mother passed away when i was only 18, i was homeless for 4 years, i was overweight, i have a list of mental disorders that used to hinder me, just to name a few... and yet here i am, 23 years old. and I'm still here standing strong. I'm going to college, i have a good job, i have a car and a home. I'm making something of myself. if i can do it, you can do it too.

These motivation speeches give me the chills. I used to be 4'9 (165 lbs) freshman year of high school. I worked my ass off swimming 2 hrs a day all year around for 3 years and barely eating once or twice a day. I was skinny and disappointed, my arms were size of 2 fingers. After high school I started working out, I was 5'4 (102 lbs). It has been 1 year and 4 months since I started working out and choosing this lifestyle. I have not missed a single day since, I'm in the gym 6 days a week 2/3 hrs a day. After 1 year and almost half I'm standing at 5'6 (175 lbs) and 16% body fat. The confidence , the respect, and the way people start treating you after the change is unbelievable. Keep on grinding and never stop. "Every pro player was once an amateur" - Michael Phelps. Just remember everyone has to start somewhere.

I found these videos last year around May. I had just the biggest breakup in my life and I became homeless with three kids. It took 4months to get back on my feet and without these videos God to hand I don't think I'd be where I'm at today right now.... i have my own truck and just got my own home. Never give up, you can get pass it just keep moving next stop.

Videos like this saved my life was addicted too opiates for 5 years have lost a shit ton of weight over the years and got down too 150 when I normally was 190 but been sober Almost 6 months and these type of videos helped me switch my addiction from pills too being addicted too the gym I have put on 30 Pounds in 3 months so I just wanna say thank you for videos like this

Im 16 yo guy and I have always been a little chubby. Pretty good in sports but still, fat. Thats what I always thought in my mind. "Im fat but I cant do anything about it. I cant just start to work out and eat better cus my family is poor. I dont have money to go to gym." Then I found this video and that changed my life. I have never been in as good shape as Im now. I have never felt this good. When I want to eat something I shouldnt I say to myself "No. You cant do that now." Then I go to my own little gym that I build by myself and put this video on and work out. Then I remember, why Im doing this. Im doing this for better tomorrow. Love you brother and thanks for this video that saved my life.

I just wanna say, Ive worked a week, 4 sets of 12 reps, 48 pushups a day, listening to this, my muscles were nearly out of energy, verge of failure, but THESE VIDEOS, pushed me further, when i reached 12 i pushed for 1 more, because thats 1 pushup closer to 100(my goal) and i dropped to the ground, knowing i was doing something for the greater good of myself. I love working out now, especially with calisthenics! Thank you Motiversity, thank you for helping me push, farther than i can even believe! I love waking up to motiversity. I feel strong I feel alive I feel unstoppable. To many people wake up every day not feeling anything not feeling desire or want not feeling happiness but pain and despair. If only we can change their mindset to a positive glass is half full mentality we can all strive for greatness to a point where the world evolves more, why is Walmart, amazon taking over the world because we are letting them. i'm moved. I'm a university student running for council. These videos teach me not give up on life. 2 weeks ago my fellow schoolmate committed suicide. Had he listened to this video, i dont think he would give up on life that easy. This is soul touching.

I kept relapsing on alcohol, was raised by parents who suffered Canadian Residential Schools, didn't attend post secondary, never got taught about money, suffered from a psychotic baby mama, I lost my job, lost my health, I got herpes, I gained tremendous weight, I wanted to die, but I never gave up, I believed I can be destined for more in life, I sobered up, I believe I can contribute, I want my two kids to have a better start in life than I did, learn about credit, learn about education and how important it is, to be active in life, to have a spiritual life, that things can be better. Life knocks you down and tests you, you can crumble and die or you can fight! you can, you will and you must! Never surrender, I won't go off into the night, I won't disappear, I won't be another failure, I will represent, I will conquer. BELIEVE my friends. You got this, I GOT THIS! Thank you for this I struggle with anxiety and suicidal thoughts but I’m working through it I can’t access counselling as easily anymore because I’m in the countryside and can’t drive but I’m working on my fears and loving myself I’m thankful for all these motivational videos they keep me sane and help me to be on the road of making my dreams come true and working on myself and my mindset I want a beautiful successful happy life I don’t want my fears to set me back so thank you for this when I’m down this channel lifts me up I know a lot of us appreciate this in our own unique ways

I want you to know that these videos get me up and going. I listen to these when I work out. I’m going through a lot. All my fault. As a dreamer convicted of driving under the influence, this has caused me to fall every day before I even get out of bed. But I won’t give up, I won’t give in. I’m 14 and I play in goal for a pretty bad team but I listen to this everytime I’m about to go training and before a match, I listen to it during gym and everytime I feel down, I listen to this when life is getting rough and this is what gets me through the rough times I have, I went through a depressing stage a couple months ago but these bids have helped me get so much stronger in confidence and has actually showed an improvement in my mental health and anything I do even if it’s school, thank you guys for helping me do all these things

You know, I've commented on a lot of these just to show how I can be strong and not little, I mean everyday every night.. I just think about my school my friends, bully's or just someone that doesn't like me, well to anyone who doesn't like or don't believe in me or they say I'm to little cause I only Weigh 120, they try to fight so I walk off, punching walls and breaking stuff don't help, take a stand... anyone messes with you, you have to think not just walk off, there just as scared as you or scared and confused, it's you don't do anything and let them get stronger and hurt other kids or you out up your hands, and actually fight, if your just watching this video and thinking you can do whatever you want cause you think your strong, you can't do anything just think about it, your worthless... nothing you say or do is gonna be good enough cause your going to give up, are you actually gonna do something about your life and be strong, fast, powerful, helpful there all great things that your not going to have unless you do it your self. You need to stop and think, the life changing choice that you'll have to make for the better......

It's not everyday you find a variety of people giving speeches. A few giving speeches together is amazing! I wish there were people who consider themselves ordinary to rise up and give motivational's as well. But they are correct it is hard for everyday people to decide to wake up and change aspects of their lives because of the people around them and the environment they are in.

I'm a x con , x herion addict, I'm over in Haiti now .. I seen the trash n kids in that filth n break my heart , I felt God wanted me start a trash ministry .. I don't got funds but I set mind now have wheelbarrow, rake, shovel, n I just started ( cleaned a orphanage got up over 100 needals so kids don't get stabbed ) I'm dealing with needals , rats , one day I step on something human poop exploded up on me . ( I watch the videos in morning n night I need extra motivation for this job ..) I seen news programs say Haiti impossible trash problem n I think no it's not impossible we are gonna do this . I can't see kids in that

I was supposed to be in my mom's basement or a job and an apartment. At the most a small house. Thanks to these videos I'm on my 3rd property. And a leader at my job and respected by all my family.
