he was inspired by jordan marsh blueberry muffins the original guy had a recipe of his own. this guy uses the bake n Joy dry muffin mix. then adds liquid eggs, oil and water.. water is never used in any muffin recipe. milk, buttermilk, oil or butter and eggs etc. its a way owners make it easy to profit.
