Ruchi that is not fungus on the firn leaves that Ivan picked. These are Stomata. Stomata are small adjustable pores located on the surface of leaves. They allow the exchange of CO2 and water between the leaf interior and the atmosphere. Through the regulation of stomatal apertures, plants obtain the CO2 required for photosynthesis and prevent excessive water loss through transpiration.
Nope we both are wrong. Ferns don’t have flowers or seeds, they have asexual reproductive system where they produce spores just like fungi. Stomata is not visible like that. actually these are spores under the leaves of fern ,, spores are borne in groups called sporangia and the group of sporangia are called sorus ,, the leaf evan picked had immature spores, when the spores matures they turn brownish powder like.।। And yes I am masters in botany,,, 😂😂
Small tip as a high meat consumer and bengali...always buy front leg and neck(गर्दन )of mutton ...if you can order according your parts of body then try meat from there......they smell least and torso and hind leg smell the most of mutton...

@@RuchiinChina in Thailand they sell raw grated papaya packed in supermarkets ready to put in salads, sushi, etc, don't know if it is available online in China, might be costly though, you can check, even ripe papaya is a good tenderiser but will give a slightly sweet taste. Sometimes adding vinegar or lemon juice to yoghurt might split the yoghurt or curdle it while cooking.

@@RuchiinChina no issues, yoghurt is great too. In bengal, we cut chunks of papaya and put them in with the potatoes and mutton and other spices and slow cook in a pressure cooker for ages and so we don't even need to marinate the mutton overnight or hours beforehand, the papaya does all the hard work. If you google bengali papaya mutton curry you will find many recipes with variations in the spices and addition of yoghurt or otherwise, but it is usually a very light soupy gravy, like a stew, delicious and easy on the stomach. Tastes even bettet if eaten the next day.

Evan picked up the leaf.which as small spots in the backend u can see it from front toots not fungus, the name of the plant in FERN.i am a botanist from india,plua a law degree I had there.and I am in usa for 33 years plus.dear.i like your biryani stuff, its lot of work.we have to buy a whole leg of goat here in California,but I do not buy all the time, because its a RED MEAT,which is very unhealthy.i have my friend here in usa who is a surgeon here.but we used to eat in india the fresh GOAT meat.we get good chicken meat, here in usage always buy for my grown up son.you are a good mother.your husband did not try the biryani which u made??God bless u all.-love from=usa

I added potatoes because I have too many of them haha. I have started adding potatoes in meat dishes. Almost all countries outside India commonly combine meat with potatoes, in stews, soups and stir-fries

At times, I would feel like asking Ivan to leave me alone and didn’t feel like answering questions but I had to calm myself and answer them nicely anyways, because I remembered my childhood when most people would just laugh when I asked silly sounding questions or completely ignored them. I take his questions very seriously. When Ivan asked why the sun has light, I explained to him the fusion reaction that happens between hydrogen atoms and he seemed so mesmerized by it that he memorized the whole thing. He kept repeating the whole reaction for days and telling everyone he met. I didn’t simplify the answer either. I stated as I learned it in 9nth class. Children are naturally very smart, i think it’s the parents and teachers who dum them down.

I lived in defence areas of India which were always inside forests and isolated from cities so I was lucky in that regard. But I agree that park and walking situation is non-existent for most people in the cities.
So did I. And in many parts of India. Always took space and clean green surroundings for granted till I landed in the big cities. We need more footpaths and walking paths to be connected to markets so that people can venture out to walk and run errands if they want to. And thank you for taking out the time to respond😎
