Thanks brother it was amazing and helpful ....i was not able to go to bed because of neck pain but after these exercises for 10 mins trust me i m very very relax and on the bed .....thanks a lot again ....i can sleep comfortably now Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah

Felt so relieved when I tried that spreading hands wide and rotating it backwards. My shoulders made a crackle noise and felt so relieved after that. Thank u for sharing this.

Mujhe c7area me right side me nerve root compression hain meri repot me aur doc diagnose kia as cervical spondolysis with degenarative disc with herniation and disc bulge in C2 C3 C4 and c5 and c5 c6-&c7dtsc herniation .In this situation no exercise dikhaya woh kafi hain dusra koi aur karna padega.?pl help by comments
