I live in North Redlands and it’s now considered a hood. When I first moved here about 11 years ago, it wasn’t as bad but now there’s so much crime coming from San Bernardino. I live on E. Colton Ave., and sixth Street, definitely the hood area but right on the border between a better area and not so good area, let’s not forget all the homeless population. Downtown is very nice but again there’s a pronounced homeless population downtown as well all in all, it’s a great city to live in because everything what is within a couple mile radius that you could possibly need.

There are still a number of nice neighborhoods within North Redlands. Unfortunately though I have seen the area along Colton Ave change a little over the past few years.

@@littlecallie2831 if you want to move to Redlands move to South Redlands. More like south west towards Loma Linda. Don’t go anywhere towards Mentone. You’re going to find drugs and homeless people everywhere in Redlands and surrounding areas. Just like anywhere you move these days.

Definitely a great city in my opinion. I'm not an expert on apartments but I know there are a few complexes throughout the city. Where are you moving from?

I'm not sure what you mean. As I mention in the video these are the average price points however I do also give the low and high price points for each neighborhood. With that said though, I help people regardless of the loan type or home price. Do you say this because you are thinking of purchasing a home?
