was just vacationing in AZ. My wife and I LOVED Oro Valley, also spent 2 evenings in Scottsdale. Old Town was very fun - walking around to different restaurants/bars/breweries was very enjoyable. Then drove up to McCormick Ranch/Central Scottsdale area and was SHOCKED by all the color that was blooming around us. Very beautiful.
Thank you so much for these videos! Thinking about making a move from Portland with a job transfer to our Phoenix office. Scottsdale is very appealing to me for sure. I appreciate the content! And your voice is so nice, makes it easy to listen to ya

Try Lisa Schofield. I think she is with Realty Executives in Scottsdale. I met her when I was in Arizona last summer. She is very professional and not pushy like a lot of agents. I will be using her when we move to Arizona very soon.
Can you do a video on San Tan Valley. Still trying to figure out between east valley And west valley. I want to know how far the grocery stores are from the San tan area. I know there are 2 high school. Any information would be appreciated.
Lived in Phoenix my whole life. East valley is much nicer. It's definitely more expensive but housing, schools, jobs, restaurants, bars, entertainment, amenities are all better in the east valley.
Darlene OHara there are shops with restaurants like Fleming’s in DC, but the higher end shopping like Gucci and stuff like that are in central Scottsdale I believe.
Where's a good place for younger professionals? Dont necessarily need to be living the nightlife but I don't want to be surrounded by Qtips either. No kids, decent job probably looking at rental 2bed apartment, around 1500/mo?
Wannabe?? There so many celebrities and stars that live in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. You obviously don't know the area very well. There is more money there than you can ever imagine.
