The Nikon Z9, the company's latest pro mirrorless camera and a game changer in professional imaging, is finally a shot across the bows of Canon and Sony. The Nikon Z9 has an intimidating list of features. It can burst-shoot at a jaw-dropping 120fps, for starters, and its buffer can record a nominal 1,000 images per burst, with Nikon claiming it can record up to 5,000 when used with a high-end CFExpress card. It also uses deep-learning AF, which means that its focusing ability should improve over time, and the back-side illuminated sensor provides excellent low-light performance. Thanks to updated firmware, the Z9 has gained a number of new and significant features since its launch. These include 8K video, a 300-second pre-release buffer, and the ability to set your camera to automatically shoot subjects when they appear in frame.
Don't let its vintage appearance fool you; the Nikon Zf is an excellent modern digital camera. Internally, this is currently the most similar to a new Z6 III, with its 25MP full-frame sensor and Nikon's cutting-edge The Zf, powered by an Expeed 7 processor, provides significantly improved autofocus and subject tracking, as well as solid 4K video performance. We adore the Nikon Zf because of its retro design, which will instantly appeal to any vintage camera enthusiast.
