It was appropriate here tho, Chuck said Kobe carried him when he was Finals MVP all 3 times. Cant be carried avg 35pts and 17 rbs lol

@@bigbowss9817 He wouldn't have averaged close to that without Kobe. Look at Shaq's career as a whole. He played with some of the best guards of those era's. Penny Hardaway at Magic, Kobe at the Lakers and Wade at the Heat. It's been well documented he benefited greatly from all 3 of them.

@@taliamason7986 Centers are guard dependant when it comes to winning championships, not when it comes to their stats. Shaq, Wilt, Kareem, etc. can score at will because nobody can stop them, period.

chuck vs shaq is one of the best rivalies in nba. in court and outside the court. Shaq is just too short tempered and always bragging his accomplishments. I like chuck more, he is always game whatever they do to him

Yeah he had Kobe and Dwade but if you take Shaq off those championship teams they probably wouldn't even make it to the finals. I do think it was wrong for him to cut Chuck off though, let him finish and then make your rebuttal

No, actually Shaq was right. The coach has to bench whoever he wants. Pop demanded Ginóbili to be a sixth man, to bench a man who could have been a superstar in other teams. He accepted it, because it was for the best.

Sir Alexander If you watch the full clip, they are talking about Dwane Casey benching Demar DeRozan, and what Chuck was saying was that they needed to repair that relationship because that’s their best player, and teams that have a bad relationship between the staff and the best player don’t win, which is true. Shaq’s argument of “well me and Pat Riley didn’t get along” doesn’t work because Dwyane Wade was the best player on that team, and Shaq’s argument of “well I have three Finals MVPs” doesn’t work because it doesn’t apply to the situation at all, because Shaq got those Finals MVPs on the Lakers.

Shaq is just as prideful as others with similar accolades, but he just shows it more honestly like a child would do. He was a bully as a kid because of his insecurities, but give a bully success, the cards are stacked against him to be able to grow out of it. He probably has so many "yes men" surrounding him. He needs more Chucks in his life.

If they do a more parts, they have to add atleast one of these segments: 1) when a fan asked "if Ernie was black or white?", 2) when Webber threw shoes at Charles, 3) when Shaq was trying to explain gas mileage to Kenny, 4) Charles talks about a necklace a man in the steam room gave him, 5) when Charles was a player with Phoenix and sat out a game when he got lotion in his eyes or 6) during All-Star weekend in New Orleans, they had Baby Cakes give Charles some donuts.

I'm almost certain that Shaq really just has basic knowledge on basketball compared to other greats. He didn't need to excel in strategy as much as Barkley and others. He was bigger than everybody and used power more than anything else. Never learned how to shoot and only facilitated when he gets double teamed. Barkley was undersized but was still getting HOF numbers while being guarded by people that were on paper way bigger than him.

Chucks only chance at the Finals for a ring humbled him l, and whatever things thrown at him now he’s accepted that. Now that they’re no longer playing the bragging rights not about rings, but Sports Emmys and Chuck never brought them to the argument, which makes him even greater post-retirement.

I’m with shaq google him. Kobe carried the Lakers after he left they got a video out vs Detroit in the finals he never passed him the ball. All those bad unnecessary jacked up shots he was doing
