I would be cool with it too, I just wish they would label it as such, cause I feel like they missed almost every joke or event that actually made me laugh (The Cloudberry thing being the exception), and just had a few chuckle worthy things. The community at large still does way better compilations, so I'll keep going to them for that content. Probably because they are audience members and so they have a better sense of what's funny as a first time viewer, and not an editor or someone who filmed it.

It feels like they take decent bits from some videos and put them in a video. I know people are sick of hearing about the fan made best ofs, but the fact that AH released their compilation video a week after the month it's highlighting and is so short makes it seem less interesting. The fan made videos contain a lot of the better content while also being released at the end of the month. Just my opinion but I'd rather AH just doesn't make these compilations if they are going to put this much effort into it, and just make a different 15 minute video

It's even worse knowing there's enough content to make them as long as they used to be, but whoever is making them just decided that they shouldn't need to put as much effort into making these. Edit: They didn't even put in Geoff throwing the egg from Sky Factory, which pretty much made that episode in my opinion.

idk why everyone is complaining about this video, they didnt HAVE to make it. I like these cause personally even though i watch as many videos that come out as i can there are some that i just dont want to bother watching, so this just gives me a gist of the better parts. You realize they know the fan edition exists? You realize longer isnt always better? Whats the point of them making the same video as the fan one? This one is designed to be quick viewing and also act as an advert for previous videos people might have missed. This is an extra video they don't need to make and still people complain. No wonder people think the AH community is cancer. Funhaus' best of is this long and the fan made is an hour and no one complains.

Stop acting like you know what you're talking about. That or take better notes during your meetings with Geoff as he goes over the methodology behind releasing videos. "This one is designed to be quick viewing and also act as an advert for previous videos people might have missed." Then a longer video would advertise more videos and show more of what people might've missed. " This is an extra video they don't need to make and still people complain." How can you possibly tell what videos they NEED to make first of all, and second, of course people complain, a best of for an entire month should probably be longer than a single episode of fucking AHWU or Things to Do. This guy just stated a fact about the fan edition and you call him cancer. Check yourself.

The first Best Of they made was much longer than this, just whoever edited these has slowly been spending less time making them. There are so many great moments from this month missing, even ones from videos included in this compilation. It's not that they aren't as funny, it's that less effort is going into the Best Of videos specifically.
