@@GripEnemy.It's simply exhaust manifold design. Stock for stock they actually sound quite similar. The Audi engines just have more potential and capacity for higher power on stock engine internals so they are frequently fitted with bigger turbos and tubular style manfiolds. Similar manifold setups ok the Volvo b52xxx engine series and you will have the same sound.
Could someone please tell me more about the cars at 5:07 & 5:22. Are they quattro's with the sport quattro front? A factory option or aftermarket? And what about the little spoilers? Those cars look perfect to me.
Haha old ways never die besides old ways sound the best and look the best it was a very simple time. Made cars that worked and functioned without the electronics and shit. Now I feel like I have to have a fighter jet license to be able to operate my damn vehicle without killing me or someone else which is as difficult as the math needed for all that shit to work on the car
That's the sound of the Blow Off Valve (BOV) having a higher spring load that's above the charge air pressure, causing Compressor Surge, that fluttering sound you hear, the air pressure isn't high enough to open the BOV, so the air charge back pressures the intake system until the Compressor of the turbo is no longer able make any more pressure, so the charged air flows over the Compressor blades, making that surge/Stu-stu-stu, until pressure is equalized with Atmospheric pressure/ Vacuum or throttle is applied. The Audi Quattro S1 is different again, it uses the BOV to recirculate air to the turbine (Exhaust side) at that moment of de-throttling. The Engines ECU then eliminates Ignition and keeps fuel pumping in, the fuel goes through the engine unburnt until it reaches the exhaust manifold, combustion of the fuel happens as so as it mixes with air, thus keeping the turbo spinning enough to reduce turbo lag.
I don’t know why so scared to beat on it it was made to make boom boom noises and scare me shitless in one blip off the throttle yet I didn’t even flinch once in this video. Something is wrong here.🤔😂

This looks more like an Audi Coupé, because the oem front bumper with integrated front spoiler and the headlight washers are missing. Instead there's a front spoiler from Kerscher which fits to a Coupé and to S2's. But who on earth replaces the oem front bumper and front spoiler of a S2 ?
@@Jack_HalfBlind I say by engine sound of some cars, they not have the 86,4mm crank, they use the 95,5mm crank, with stock 2.2 block or the Diesel block, then is not 2.2, are 2.5, and the title is 2.226cc.
