if i may say so it could be introduced little at a time first. diluted with formula.. gradually less and less of formula till baby can take avoc minus formula altogether....as with any other new foods....avoid diluting with sugar or sweetie milk otherwise they won't eat unless food is sweetened!!! they're are always so cute when they're first treading on new territory....expressions so candid, so PRICELESS....

Avocados didn’t exist in my world until I was in middle school 😅it’s definitely an acquired taste.

I made all my own food for my babies and never had a problem. The jarred stuff is equal to garbage.

I get the feeling most of the people commenting on the "cruelty" of these parents have no children of their own. Avocados are in fact a great food for not only adults, but babies as well. Offering much nutrition an texture palatable. These children like many others have foods they like and dislike. Im sure all those calling this cruel were fed lemons and such sour foods by their parents when they were babies, just so they can see their reaction, does that make your parent cruel?? I saw no child gagging or choking in this video, only that they made facial expressions showing their disapproval of the fruit...

Personally i hate Avocado but what i really dont like are parents who go into fits of laughter when their babies are showing them every which way they can, vomiting, pulling faces, gagging and refusing to open their mouths that they dislike what they are being fed.
