Need a good engine/trans tune. The trans mainline pressure needs to be increased so you have a crisp firm shift, and then you need to program a torque reduction via timing retard of about 20 degrees for a split second during the shift, then the micro second the shift is completed give all the timing back. And the resultant snap of the torque returning gives you the little shift snap*pop you are after.
