Quick question. How is his engineering knowledge excusing of his behaviour in inciting all of those followers of his to comment on a woman’s vagina? He needs help, immediately.
This is the third time you have said the same thing Jo, does the word offend you, it is the proper terminology and all women have a vagina, what’s your issue with it, the woman in question uses it on her website?
I'm sorry but I've unsubscribed. I don't like Hambini, he's needlessly crass in his pursuit of problem solving but this cry of sexism and threatening to involve police is bonkers.

I gave the video a thumbs up because I do enjoy these so-called advertising supplements, if it's nicely shot, and this one was. In regards to Hambini, he's got a point; interviewing that clown from Aerocoach was pure bs and if you want to maintain any semblance of credibility, get rid of that snobby witch who calls herself a cycling journalist.
Any credibility you had has now gone over the hambini disgrace, your female journo has just set back woman working in this industry substantially. Hope she has the common sense to resign and save your publishers a job. We understand as journos you will only say what you are paid to and that you have no issue with lying to the public but at least you can fall back on the thought your not as bed as solicitors. I would be embarrassed for you but you don’t deserve any emotion other than pity. I hope some of the companies that are submitting equipment for review take note. I get that Hambini is as blunt as a spoon and not to everyone’s taste but he does back everything he says with cold hard facts and that is a rarity these days and I like someone who calls a spade a spade, to suggest there was any sexist comment is ludicrous, have a word in her ear so she does what is required to save the reputation you used to have.

@@joeinglesfield7446 I watched his video, as I was expecting a roast of GCN and didn't see him inciting anything, maybe it went over my head I am pretty old after all, I didn't like his video and thought it would be better to just shut up but lets face it he got called a sexist and had his video taken down for the same stuff he has been saying about men for ages. His roast videos are harsh critic and he is very crass but I have never seen anyone level any 'ism' at him before except this one time it involved a woman.
You obviously just didn't see my comment on your last video, cause there's no way that you would intentionally ignore a legitimate question is there?! Are you, Cycling Weekly, planning to continue to flout lockdown laws in order to produce these videos, or are you planning to act responsibly like GCN in order to save lives?
@@talonlan no, the ride where she was planning to cycle to London or Brigton or wherever was before the lockdown. The ride where she was filming one handed in the rain was *after* the lockdown. I'd show you on her Strava but she's made it private (clearly the act of an innocent person)
Hambini is a RU-vidr, cyclist and supplies high quality bearings . He's abrasive, rude and doesn't hold back on members of the cycling industry who aren't ,in his view , treating the customer fairly. On Sunday he critisised Cycling Weekly ( amongst others) for one of their "reviews" ....one of the parties chose to allegedly report him to the police. Check out his video and decide for yourself.
One of current older bike builders- Mercian Not even mentioned. I have a Roberts who sadly are no longer trading. There are also lots of other hand build bike builders, with far nicer/tidier machines and not one gets a mention. Either sponsored video or poor journalism
Why post content like this when ye don’t want and activly try to block constructive criticism, ye are everything that is wrong with the cycling industry
Please do an in depth review of some of the smaller builders and talk types of steel tubing and applications for types of frames and rider preferences. That would be interesting to me anyway.
Even though i am in Australia I have seen a Saffron up close as a gent who rides in our Saturday shop ride has a stainless steel Saffron with a Record groupset. Beautiful bike and a nice guy!
Thanks for sharing that. Truly a lot of artistic works that I call eye candy. One thing though, with so much competition why are steel bikes still so GD expensive? There's one particular steel frame builder here is the US, I won't name the brand, that asks for a starting price of $4100 and that doesn't include the features on modern bikes currently. Stuff like internal cable routing would be $400 more, depending on the bottom bracket there is an up-charge, and much more. So the spec for the frame and fork I would have him build it would cost me more than $6000. I don't get it. That's a pretty damn good wage. Maybe I'm in the wrong business.
most big brands make their bikes visually decent without that character that compliments the fun of riding. The bikes in this video are beautiful and some are very sexy
You forgot fuquay a one man frame building company owner and founder Greg fuquay he made frames for tour de France riders in 80s and 90s I have a custom TT frame from the company if almost all the original parts
There's more to custom building than a w&nky paint job. It should be made to measure for that rider, like a bespoke suit. Far too many of these are, I suspect, all about the look, and the rider fit is secondary.
Matthew Lewis hi Matthew all of the builders shown here will build a custom frame to fit your measurements and personal requirements. The fact that they look beautiful at the same time is of course a bonus! There are so many other small manufacturers in the UK like Rourke so will definitely be showcasing more in the future.
I'd just like to recommend Stanford Cycles Near Brighton. I bought one their Kebo bikes for touring and just love getting out on it even if it's just to cycle around the lanes of Kent. Simon Stanford is the owner and is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy to talk to. They've got a range of bikes all hand built in their workshop.
