I will say though campfire audio does act like they're shit doesn't stink. And the reason I say this I have talked to many RU-vid IEM reviewers influencers if that's what you want to call them. None of them can get campfire to send them IEMs to review and I'm talking people like arkos; Tony, Andy from dongle maddness and , the The tone deaf monk just to name a few, they can't get them so you know .
I like your passion and glad that you've found your favorite iem, but... The Trifecta's graph looks quite horrible tbh and even tho i know that the graph doesnt tell the whole story, this particular graph is insanely bad, especially for the asking price. With this aggressive peak at 1,8k and very muted 3k (the region of the perfect peak) and very boosted and uneaven trebles, i dont need to listen to them to know that they are far from being natural. The Supermoon sounded very nice when i tried them tho but would never pick them for their price, having many more options, like Softears Twilight, Monarch 2, Prestige LTD or even ie600. CA seem completely lost and the Andromedas look like a very rare happy accident at work.
You really need to watch my Trifecta review is all I will say lol. And I get this a lot where people say yeah I know a graph isn’t everything but still don’t know the degree to which they should or shouldn’t base their opinion on a graph. In any case, here is the review but more importantly give it a listen if you can before making assumptions: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1CVrCZAZsmY.htmlsi=v_aISd3PcEIodd9O. And I would never own a Thieaudio IEM. I think Harman tuned IEMs sound lifeless and boring but I wouldn’t have reached this opinion without trying more colorfully tuned IEMs.
@@amplifyaudioreviews Ive watched your Trifecta review when it was published and im not judging you or your taste- you love them and thats what counts the most. Im just presenting my own opinion which also bases on my experience with various CA iems and other colored ones, like the u12t, both Mests, ie900, Indigo, Xelento 2, Trio, Duo and many more. I just dont agree that the iems can sound really natural and realistic without correct pinna gain and downsloping, smooth trebles. But i agree with you about the lack of midbass quantity in a typical harman tuned iems. Thats why i went with the Twilight which are colored in midbass but the upper midrange is extremely correct and natural.
How would you compare the Bonneville to the Annihilator? Im getting a pair of Bonne in a trade. The annihilators are something I've always wanted to try but im now wondering if it's worth it.
Amazing insight once again, Sajid. I appreciate your account on each of these IEMs. I'm new to the Watercooler and I haven't seen much there regarding the Flipears Artha. I've been intrigued ever since you brought it up in your Best IEMs of 2023 video. Looking forward to your video on it! In any case, thank you for your inspiring reviews. Onward to 2024! Cheers!
Interesting insight. With so many IEMs you review, I’m fascinated with the glowing praise for these three. CFA can be polarising. I don’t agree you could buy trifecta and be done, especially given its unique tuning and dynamics. Do agree that they require an audition before buying
Have you lived with high-end IEMs? If you haven’t then its probably all just speculation isn’t it? This video may offer some insights: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZL2gGnb2CM0.htmlsi=GGV604HjqDa6A4lH
If you try it you'll buy it. I'm just saying I started out with a $200 set jumped up to a 350 just jumped up to a $600 set and I'm already looking for $1,000 set I'm serious if you can go somewhere no a friend who has a high-end set put them in listen on a good clean source your favorite music genre and I guarantee you you'll be running to the bank to go get money
Not a fair comparison when you have that Centurion cable with the Trifecta. Bonneville is incoherent without at least a Chiron or Centurion cable to correct its shortcomings
@@amplifyaudioreviews How does the CEMA pair with the Bonneville against the Centurion? I just know that the Chiron with Bonneville has great synergy where it brought true coherence between the drivers that were quite disjointed with the stock time stream cable
@@amplifyaudioreviews Thank you, last question, between campfire trifecta and sony ier-z1r, z1r has 3hz vs 5hz on trifecta as google says, so which is more impactful as someone who would love the deepest bass?
