12:10 this is a STELLAR example of how one should handle being disrespected. He doesn’t humiliate her or even be arrogant. He asks her to realize why she is in the wrong rather than telling her she is.

It should never have to happen, during a team challenge, the competitors need to stop competing with eachother and work together. They each need to highlight their own personal skill, and stop trying to do more than what they've been shown. That's what makes this so important in the competition, to put down ego, and because a cog in the machine.

Habanero's were one of the worlds hottest peppers in like 1985. They're reacting like half a habanero in an entire dish was a bottle of capsaicin extract. All that said, Claudio is still awesome.

@raversmiracle2 Would it? I mean, if he used just the flesh, then yeah, but he used half of the whole habanero. That means not only the seeds but also the ribs, the latter of which have the highest concentration of capsaicin within a chili pepper. So he would've still gotten like 250,000 scovilles of heat because of that cream based sauce he put it in. And he didn't really dilute anything because those capsaicin molecules dissolved and became incorporated into the sauce.

It's just the best way to calm down someone's ego in a competition and make them rethink what they just said without having a pointless argument: "What does matter ? What you think ? or what WE think ?" No need to raise your voice sometimes, all it takes is finding the right words when it comes to people. Respect is preserved and ego is tempered perfectly.
