@@itzwakk335I found him deplorable for what he did to Brandon but on a game level, he absolutely dominated. Had he just owned his game and took goats to the end, it would’ve been one of the greatest wins period
What's really funny is that from after stories, jim and cochran apparently really got along but they changed the edit to make it look like they hated each other because of the flip
Huh, I didn't expect this Cochran backlash in the comments but I get that a lot of people are fans of Ozzy and, since he's almost won it so many times, I get that it would have been nice to see him win... but I don't blame Cochran for making the choice that he did, because a lot of his OG tribe really didn't treat him with a lot of respect and Ozzy harping on about how he lost that challenge over and over, all night, was really needless and demoralising... I think Ozzy seemed like his heart wasn't in it this season, unlike others. I know that Coach is either loved or hated (and I love the guy, even though he's a bit nuts because I think he is well-meaning and rather endearing) but relating to Cochran on a human level was a really good play, especially when he'd felt so ostracised... getting called a disgusting excuse for a man, pathetic, blah blah blah... that takes a toll.
He was pretty bad this season, did he have a good reason to flip? Absolutely, but he didn't get anything from flipping, just got to be the last Savaii member voted off. He did definitely prove himself in Caramoan
@@brianbartone8073 Not really. When both tribes merged they were 6 to 6 so him flipping would actually get him 7th place instead of 6th had he stayed with Savaii.
I'm Cochran inside my head 😂. But I don't look like him on the outside so people assume I'm the opposite. I'd rather look like a nervous geek than not but feel like one. People expect me to be the opposite so they really can't figure out my issue 😂
No. It was Ozzy not playing the idol on Cochran at the merge. Bc Cochran flipper was the reason savii lost. And he flipped bc he didn’t want it to go tie vote with rocks bc he was scared of getting rocked out. If Ozzy played the idol for Cochran then he’d feel safe and would tie votes at the merge
@@adamsbriee6330 And if Jim had kept Elyse over Cochran then that whole situation would've been avoided. In fact, Cochran was the one who messed up the last tribal challenge so Savaii likely merges with 6+ Christine.
@@MrBen51309 voting out Cochran both times instead of elyse or Ozzy premerge probably was a better move in hindsight. I can understand him wanting her out to weaken Ozzy but it never panned out. Christine deserved to come back in the game she was one of my favs that season and would’ve worked with savii 100%
a great winner among the best better than so many other winners ars natalie white denise of course todd id say better than over rated BOSTON ROB TOOK HIM 4 TIMES TO WIN CHOCRAN TWICE
Very poor performance in this season from him. What the fuck was he thinking is going to happen after all his tribe is picked off? Also, of course he was picked on. He fucked up every challenge for his tribe.
There's apparently a secret scene that shows Coach and Albert working him over and promising him Final 4 with them and Sophie. Between their promises and his own tribe belittling and making fun of him.... I do see why he flipped. He was really in a bad spot either way because his own tribe didn't like him. The thing is, this is a social game. His tribe screwed up by picking on him and making fun of him. If a person feels like an outsider, they tend to flip more often than they don't. Why wouldn't you flip on mean people who exclude you? I would have flipped on them too. Being made fun of sucks. And at that point, if I know I'm not winning or making finals either way, I'd rather take down the people being rude and making fun of me the whole game and finish out my experience with people who are at least nice to me. But I'm also not a money hungry person. So I don't really care about winning. I would care about my overall Survivor experience. And I could see Cochran as a superfan feeling similar. Make a big move. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn't, but either way at least you get to have a better experience with people who are nice to you.
