Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

I hate when they do makeovers, and the cheerleader, model, client, or whatever does not get input... they’re the one who actually have to wear it, and OWN IT

There's such a difference bt Dayton and Kristin's reactions to being late... you can tell Kristin was scared out of her mind, and Dayton was literally smiling bc she thought it wouldn't be that big of a deal since she knows kelly personally

It's exploitation of young women on a big scale. Why do the have to dress in next to nothing? It's a disgrace. They can all look incredible with more material especially in the bottoms. But hey, they've created this monster and unless they are shut down, this will continue. And constantly making negative comments about their figures is disgraceful. They clearly don't care about the impact this could have on the young ladies' mental health. Add to that the constant rejection, it's mind blowing! It's sad that so many women are in charge and they should be supporting women, not breaking them down at every level!

I just love Kelli so much. I know shes tuff but she is such a wonderful den mother to the girls. especially when they make the team. I loved when some of the TCCs were chosen to skydive and Kelli went along because she said she didnt feel comfortable asking the girls to do something she wouldn't and u can tell she was so out of her element but she still did it. She is always genuinely excited for the girls when they get these great makeovers and yes the girls are not paid a fair wage but just recently she fought hard to get them more pay. I love her pride and protectiveness over them.

I'm always impressed when the coaches spot issues. 40-45 young women dancing at the same time, and they spot kicks that should be higher or toes that should be more pointed. I never spot anything unless it's obvious, like when someone is off-beat while dancing.
